A/N: hey!! New chapter out once again!! Hope you guys like it :)

I'm feeling like I'm gonna make it so Abe didn't tell the miss peregrine and the children about y/n.

Y/N POV:

We approach the front door and Emma knocks and almost immediately the door opens and a women who i guess is the headmistress is standing there with a pocket watch in her hand "right on time. You must be Jake and... who might you be?" She asks and I look confused 'did grandpa never tell them about me?" I wonder and shake my head "oh I'm y/n Portman. Jakes younger brother" I say and she nods "oh yes sorry y/n" she said than turned to Emma "I do hope I'm not going to have the pub landlord knocking on my door with the police again? I've had to kill them twice this month" she said sighing "it's been terribly inconvenient" Emma sighs "we may have... broken some things... and olive may have started a.... Tiny fire" she say's and gives miss peregrine a smile and she sighs "anyways come on in I'd love to know how you've been doing and to show you both around" she say's and moved out of the way to let us in.

As we walk in the house is amazing everything is decorated and beautiful "your house is very beautiful" I say and she smiles "thank you y/n you're very polite" she say's and I give her a half smile.

"Are you interested in some tea?" She asks and I nod and Jake just gives a weird face but still nods "we'd love too, thank you" I say speaking for the both of us she smiles at me and starts to walk I make a 'what the fuck' face to Jake and he looks away and I quickly follow miss peregrine.

As we walk into the kitchen there is olive warming up the kettle "that's enough olive, no one enjoys over boiled yea" miss peregrine say's and olive smiles and puts her gloves on again when she turns to the boy I saw before "oh Enoch let me help you with those!" She say's smiling "don't bother" he say's in a Scottish accent "wouldn't want to interrupt your tea party" he say's with an emotionless face and walks up stairs with olive following.

I shake my head 'shouldn't known. all the cute ones are assholes' I think and shake my head and Jake and miss peregrine seem to be talking so I drown them out again until she turns to me and says "shall we take out tea outside?" I nod and stand up as does she and Jake.

Jake decides to pick up the conversation again "he said... before he died to come and find you. That there was something he wanted us to know? He said you explain everything to us?" Jake says all at once and she nods "That's absolutely true although there are few things I can't explain, we are in common parlance as peculiar" she say's and turns to a running girl with her pocket watch "51 seconds late Fiona" the girl sighs "sorry miss peregrine, how many carrots for dinner?" "One will be fine" miss peregrine reply's and than turns back to Jake and starts talking I drown them out and start looking around as I'm walking with them listening in when miss peregrine introduces a new child.

When we meet up with Emma after all the introductions she asks Jake for help and he nods I sigh and sit against the tree they're at when I feel like someone is staring at me I look around and see a shadow at a window at the top of the house "hey Emma? Who lives in that room the one with the shadow? If I may ask" I ask and she smiles at my manners "that's Enoch's room!" She say's and puts her boots on I nod and stair back at the shadow I now know as Enoch and the shadow quickly disappears
