Chanting was heard from The Starlight Wonder dance team as they exit the building. Winnie and her students watched the large dance team jump, scream, shout, and dance while they raise their first place trophy in the air. It was the most anticipated competition ever between the two teams and once again the Starlight Wonders won first place. And like every other time they won, they made a scene directed to Winnie and the Cosmic Vibe.

Winnie took a deep breath, turning away from them. She clasped her hands to get her students attention. Several heads turned, a few faces were happy and others were sad and irritated. She understood how they were feeling and felt the same way. But they won second place and that was better than not winning at all. She had to let her students know that.

"Alright, let's not worry about that," she began. The shouting continued, slightly annoying Winnie. She kept her cool for now but was going to talk to Mauri, Starlight Wonder coach. There was a certain way the teams had to conduct themselves after a competition. Mauri needed to know that.

"I understand that we were wishing to get first place. We work really hard, practice every day, and do what we have to do. You all are very talented students and dancers. You all are amazing and y'all did your thing out there. Winning first place is not always the goal of this and we need to remember that. Y'all won first place in my heart," Winnie told them, resting her hand over her chest. Her students smiling hard at her. A few parents as well.

"I love all of you. You all did great and I'm proud of you all. Christmas is next week, so I'm giving you all a two week break. Enjoy your holiday with your family and friends. I'll let you all know when we're going to be back at it," she added.

Student John raised his hand high, Winnie having a feeling what he was about to ask. She let him speak anyway. "Yes, love?" She asked while pointing at him.

"Are you giving us presents cause I want a V-bucks gift card!" John shouted, his mother hitting the back of his head. The students started laughing at him, Winnie chuckling to herself too.

She nodded her head, "Yes, I will be giving everyone gifts. Just text me what you want and I'll send it your way. With your parent's permission, of course." She replied. The kids thrilled, slapped hands with their friends and spoke on their gifts.

Winnie could already tell her messages were about to be flooded between today and tomorrow with possible gifts. She would discuss the requirements later on with them all. For now, she wanted them to enjoy the rest of their day and celebrate their second place win.

"Alright, if there's nothing left, you all can leave. Again, enjoy your break. I will text you all later about the gifts. I will be putting the trophy in our case for display. I love you all." She put her arms out and the kids ran to her for a huge hug.

She kissed a couple of their heads, telling them that she loved them individually. They said the same back before letting go and going to their parents. She waved to the adults as well, wishing them a happy holidays. Winnie gave her last hug and kiss to her team captain, Bea before letting her go. She stood there and watched her kids go with their parents to assure that they were all good.
