A week later Bellamy still hadn't found the time to go back into the forest. He'd been far too busy with schoolwork and trying to help his sister get a full night of rest.

She'd been so worked up over Edward's disappearance and her mind was trying to come up with all kinds of scenarios that were beginning to drive him mad. It was like an obsession, his sister was hyper-fixated on Edward and everything he did.

Bella didn't even know the guy yet she was already freaking out over him.

At least Bellamy was a bit better, sure he still glanced over to Jasper every now and again, sometimes even getting himself caught up in yet another staring competition, but he wasn't actively stalking the guy.

So that was a plus.

Presently, Bellamy and his sister were rushing to their last class of the day, Biology. They'd both decided to go out for lunch, forgoing the school's cafeteria for a trip to the Carver Café for another meal together.

Their trip had taken a bit of time and so had their orders, causing them to miss their first class of the afternoon. When they did get back to school, the class was already thirty minutes in with only fifteen left.

Bellamy decided it would best to wait and finish off their food in the car before going to Bio. His sister had been a bit bummed they'd ended up skipping, but with how tired she'd been lately, she didn't put up much of a fight.

Which brings them back to this moment, with both siblings rushing through the school corridors to make it in time for class.

Neither wanted a detention, especially an after-school one.

He for one was dead set on getting home and passing out in the warm embrace of his bed. No way he was letting that opportunity slip through his hands just because he was a few minutes late.

Thankfully, however, they made it in time. Bellamy almost breathed a sigh of relief when he noticed the teacher hadn't arrived before spotting somebody sitting in the chair next to his.

But Edward was out so who—

Oh... oh!

Sitting there at his table, was Edward Cullen.

Bellamy's heart picked up its pace as he hesitated to approach. He still remembered everything that had happened the last time they'd met and it wasn't very pleasant. Especially if it did turn out Bellamy had been unknowingly bullying the poor dude.

Okay, this was fine, he could do this, no need for panic... yet.

Bellamy slowly made his way to his table and was about to sit down when out of nowhere his sister's shoulder barged him out of the way and took his place.

"I—"

"How about you go sit with Jasper today? My eyes are strained from sitting so far back." It was fair to say Bellamy was gobsmacked by the turn of events. While on the one hand, he was more than happy to be away from Edward. He wasn't all too thrilled with the alternative, which was sitting next to Jasper.
