So if you look closer, when Vaggie picks up Niffty, her other arm isn't there and it looks like she's holding Niffty with just one, but when Charlie snatches Niffty from Vaggie, her hand is there. And there's only one hand on Niffty's back, but we couldn't possibly see her arm because of how big Vaggie's bow is
