If I'm being honest, Asmodeus is way better. He doesn't sexualize his employees to have sex with him and I don't see him abusing Fizzarolli like Valentino is doing to Angel. And plus, you can notice how protective Asmodeus was when Fizzarolli was facing off Mammon.
