When I finished I threw the paper in the bin and climbed back in the car. There was a tourist bus in front of me, I decided to follow them to the ocean somewhere. They stopped at nearly every stop along the highway for about four hours. By then the rain had cleared up and a bit of sun decided to show itself. I saw a sign to the Great Australian Bight and figuered that was good enough for me. I turned right andfollowed the road. Every five kilometers there was a green marker. I counted 35 by the time I reached the bight. I pulled into the parking bay and waited for a young family to leave. They seemed nice, they waved to me as they were pulling out. I swung the driver's door of my commodore open and sat there for a minute or five just breathing. "It'll be fine" I whispered to myself after every fie breaths. It'll be fine.
