First of all, thank you for reading this fanfic, and especially THANK YOU for your kind comments and votes. It is what has motivated me to finish this story (I actually can't believe that I have actually finished this after soooo many years without giving any updates). I noticed that this fanfic has gained a lot of interest with time and I did not like to see it unfinished, so I hope you enjoyed it.
I knew by the time that I had written this how I wanted it to end, and I also knew more or less how I would like the sequel (the part 3) to be. I just could not find the motivation to write, especially since it takes me a lot of effort to write in english since, once again, it is not my native language, which is why I sometimes need to look for some certain expressions online to make my texts as fluid as I can. But writing in english makes the stories more accessible so that is why I prefer to do it this way (it also helps me to improve my english :) ).
Now, will there be a sequel to this ? A third part to conclude the trilogy once and for all ? Especially with this kind of ending... The answer is : maybe, but not now. As I told you, it took me a lot of effort to reach the end of this story, and I don't know if I have the motivation to start a third part just yet. But if I do, I already know how it would be and how it would end. I maybe think of starting to write it without publishing the chapters, just as I did for my Arno fanfic (Embracing the light), I think that it would help me somehow. I will keep you in touch if I ever begin to write it, promise !!
Other than that, I would like to work on maybe a whole different fanfic about another videogame character. One name that comes to mind is Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil, and more precisely, I would like to revisit the story of RE4 Remake with yet another OC. I don't know if that would interest anyone, nor if I will ever do it and finish it, it's just an idea of mine.
