Once again, Sean and Wal approach the hatchery together. It's been a couple of days since Sean found his first suspects and they've been continuing the spot checks. Nothing else has jumped out at them and Sean is growing restless with their stalled search.

"I know, you're anxious." Wal says softly, glancing sideways at Sean. "You're making sure he's safe and we'll catch them, eventually." He sighs, leaning his head back.

A cry from the hatchery just ahead, has Sean sprinting toward the door. He instinctively grabs the handle, but it appears locked. That was Bo, crying out inside and he needs to get to him. He growls, Wal trying to pull him away. Only Lilith herself can enter that doorway. Sean's eyes turn red and he bangs on the door twice. He snarls, taking the handle and yanking as hard as he can. The door flies past him across the hall, as he tosses it aside and rushes in.

"Honey?!" Bo asks, looking absolutely stunned, but unharmed. Sean drops to his knees at his side and shakes his head. "Sean?" He looks at Wal, still standing in the doorway looking pale and confused. "Wal, did something happen?" He looks back to Sean with so much concern in his eyes, Sean actually snorts a laugh. "Honey? You're kind of freaking me out here."

"I'm sorry, baby." Sean smiles, resting his head on Bo's lap. "I heard you scream and I panicked. I guess, I owe Mother a new door." Lilith bursts into the hatchery, looking around confused.

"What is going on? What happened here? And where's the door?" Lilith asks, swallowing nervously. There's just no way anyone should have been able to get in here. "Bo, are you alright?"

"I'm sorry Mother. It's, my fault." Wendy says shyly, finally coming back to her senses. "You know how ticklish our little one is? He yelled out, begging me to stop. He thought, he'd wet himself laughing." She giggles, Bo groaning and rolling his eyes.

"What does that have to do with someone actually breaking into the hatchery?" Lilith asks, looking around to make sure all the youngsters are alright.

"It was me." Sean admits, Lilith turning to look at him even more confused. "I, broke in. I was coming to get Bo and I heard him scream. No one came to the door when I pounded and, I had to get to him. Sorry about the door, Mother. We'll stay here to guard the girls until it can be replaced. It's, across the hall." He looks like a child that knows he's about to be scolded, but Lilith only smiles.

"You, are more than any of us could have anticipated." Lilith says, crossing her arms. Wal enters finally, nodding in agreement and she turns to look at him. "Do you know how many demons have tried to break down that door over the centuries?"

"To many to count. Especially when they get a little to much to drink." Wal says, remembering having to remove more than one demon from in front of the hatchery door. "He just, pulled it right off its hinges and flung it aside as if it were nothing. And the lord says I'm strong?"

"Really? You were that worried?" Lilith asks, studying the way Sean's head sits in Bo's lap. His arms are wrapped tightly around Bo and his hair is being stroked gently. "You, love him so much."

"Mn, I do. And yes, I was that worried." Sean says, looking up at Bo. "He's my entire world and he's carrying our offspring. Nigel isn't the only one I've seen coveting him." He frowns, dropping his head back onto Bo's lap.

"Hmph." Bo pouts, looking around at the others. "Does everyone here see me as some weak child?" He holds out his left hand, calling forth his whip. He lashes out, leaving a hole in the floor. "I'm not weak and I won't allow anyone but you to touch me. Have a little faith." He pouts, turning his head away from Sean's sad eyes.

"Oh, baby." Sean stands, lifting Bo into his arms and sitting in the spot he was in. "I have faith in you. I do. But, I also worry. I love you, so damn much. I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to you. I'd go crazy." He puts his head on Bo's shoulder and frowns up at him, Bo giggling and rolling his eyes.
