Today, Sean and Wal are meeting up to discuss strategies. Sean also wants to see if Wal might have an idea of who Greed and Envies lovers are. He's just dropped Bo off at the hatchery and he's pacing near Wal's door. The door finally opens and Wal steps out, grinning shyly at him. He's wearing a tank top that really doesn't much more than his nipples and Sean smirks at a bite mark on his shoulder.

"I see Wendy left her mark on you." Sean teases, the pair heading toward the training grounds.

"Mn, she did." Wal blushes, rubbing at the bite.

"I hope you don't mind discussing things during training? I need more practice if I'm going to protect my family." Sean sighs, but sees Wal grinning and nodding at him. He clears his throat as they exit the palace. "Want to hear something crazy?" He asks nervously, Wal looking at him curiously and nodding. "Bo thought, you had a crush on me." He laughs, Wal swallowing nervously and turning away. "Wal?"

"I'm sorry." Wal says softly, looking at Sean sadly. "I thought I hid it pretty well. Are you, uncomfortable now?" He fidgets, trying not to look at Sean.

"Uncomfortable? No." Sean pauses, thinking seriously for a moment. "I guess, I'm honored? You're a good man, Wal. If someone like you can have a crush on me, maybe I'm not so bad after all." He grins, Wal looking at him in shock.

"Not so bad? You're incredible!" Wal blushes again. "I'm going to make things work with Wendy. I've had eyes for her since she hatched. But you, you're something else entirely." He scrubs a massive hand over his face and turns to Sean. "I'll never be inappropriate with you, I promise. It's just, you're so beautiful and smart and strong and I sound like a creep right now, don't I?" He shrugs, Sean grinning and removing the long sword from his back. "I'm well aware where your heart and loyalty lies. Besides, I'd never do anything that would cause the little one to be hurt."

"Thank you, Wal. You're a very good friend." Sean pats the man's shoulder and smiles at him, then rolls his own shoulders. "So, you're not planning on holding back because you like me, are you?"

"Hahahaha! I wouldn't dream of it." Wal grins, drawing his own sword.

"Good. I need to learn fast. I have a feeling Gabriel won't stay hidden here much longer." Sean says, lounging at Wal and pivoting out of his reach.

"You're fast on your feet. What makes you think that?" Wal parry's, but Sean ripostes perfectly. "Using fencing moves with that mammoth sword? Gutsy."

"I figure, stick with what I know? Anyway..." Sean blocks another blow and spins, slashing Wal's shirt in two. "As for Gabriel? He's bound to be antsy. Surrounded by the very demons he loathes. He's going to want out." They exchange several blows and blocks, neither really gaining an upper hand. That is, until he hears a familiar voice calling to him and he drops his guard in concern.

"Honey, Wal? If you two have a few minutes..." Bo's eyes widen, Sean turning toward him and Wal trying to pull back his strike. "Sean!" Bo and Michael rush to him, Bo glaring at Wal.

"Knock it off, baby." Sean says, holding the gash on his hip. "Technically, this is your fault." He winks, Bo pouting at him. "You can't call out for me like that and expect me not to worry about you. So, help me heal and tell us why you're looking for us." He leans on Bo a bit, trying to make sure his little succubus doesn't attack Wal.

"Ugh, I'm sorry, honey. I wasn't thinking." Bo glances at Wal. "I'm sorry. I know you tried to pull back when he turned to me. You wouldn't hurt him intentionally. Wal, you're bleeding too! Have been trying to see who could leave the bigger injury?" He scowls, placing his hand over Sean's hip and healing the wound.

"Not exactly?" Sean frowns, hoping Bo will calm down. It's probably not a good time to tell him he was right about Wal. "How am I supposed to train to protect you and our offspring if we both hold back? A real threat won't care about friendship."
