9. Gone

(TWO WEEKS AFTER GIYUU TOMIOKA LEFT)
(POV Kyojuro Rengoku)
It's been two weeks. Giyuu was now officially declared missing. I started to worry a lot. I was thinking that he just needed time for himself but this was way too long. I would understand maybe like five days but not this much.

"What if something happened to him?" I said to Tengen with worry. I care a lot about Giyuu and I couldn't stand knowing that he's somewhere I don't know. "Kyojuro, calm down. He will come back. It's probably just a little time-off. I understand him." Tengen replied carefreely. He still had the mindset I had at the start. But now, I was really scared that something might happen to him. "But what if-" "Nothing will happen to him. He's a hashira. Chill" Tengen tried to calm me down. But then I remembered. He left while we were at the sleepover. That means that he didn't have his katana. "Tengen! He doesn't have his katana! I know it.. I remember it clearly.." My heart rate increased a lot. Tengen gasped silently from shock. "Shit.." was all he could say now. I started shaking from anxiety and ran to master immediately. "Greetings my child." He greeted me calmly while I was at the the edges of collapse because of the stress and that I ran almost 2km now without using a technique. "Master..Tomioka Giyuu is in danger..he's-..he's defenseless.. he doesn't have his katana!" I almost yelled.
Master took a few deep breaths to keep his mind calm. "This is starting to get serious. We should find him and tell him to come back immediately, before something bad happens. Kyojuro, you, Sanemi and Muichiro will go search for Giyuu." master said while trying to keep his cool. I nodded and rushed out to get Sanemi and Muichiro. I didn't speak to Sanemi since the argument so I was really uncomfortable with going to him. But I had to, for Giyuu. I knocked on his door and waited for him to open. What was taking this idiot so long? He opened the door and looked at me with anger in his eyes. "What the fuck do you want here?!" He said like an idiot. "You were assigned on a mission with me and Tokito-san. So pack your anger issues pills and let's go for Tokito." I slightly mocked him with the pills. He rolled his eyes and sighed. "Whatever.." he grabbed his katana and got out. "Let's just go for the kid and get to the mission which I don't care what it is." I was sure that if he knew that the mission is about Giyuu, he would immediately rush outside with 101% energy. He just pissed me off. He was definitely intrested in Giyuu but he's mine. Sanemi even bullied him, I didn't. If Giyuu chooses Sanemi over me, I'm gonna have to get them from each other so I could be with Giyuu. Sanemi doesn't deserve such an angel with such a pure soul.

He took Tokito from the stone hashira's estate, he couldn't have his own due to his age. "C'mon Tokito-kun. We're going on a mission." I said and tried to be positive but Sanemi wasn't helping with that. "Okay..." he said dreamly while looking at the sky. He stood up from the floor where he was sitting and grabbed his katana from the counter. "So..what exactly is our mission?" He asked me. "We are supposed to find Tomioka Giyuu since he's officially missing and he doesn't have a weapon.." I said and sighed with a little bit of sadness. "Tomioka-san.. Wait! He doesn't have a weapon?!" Sanemi almost yelled at me. I just nodded and ignored him.

We went the direction he ran away that day. We tried our best but didn't find any clue. Every time someone though they found out something, it wasn't it. But then, Muichiro saw a part of his haori. It was a little of the red side. Me and Sanemi both ran to him and started finding Tomioka together. "Nothing here" Sanemi was really proud of Muichiro finding the piece of the cloth. I was also proud but probably not as much as Sanemi was. I was fully paying attencion to the ground when but then I heard Sanemi yell: "Blood! Rengoku! Tokito! Come here!" in a worried tone. We both got there as soon as possible and we were horrified. Blood. A lot of blood. It only stressed me out more than I already was. We had to find him now! I looked down at the blood and saw that it can show me the way to Giyuu. I followed where the blood was until...
