A Surprise Meeting (O2L Fan Fiction)

Chapter 8

*Tiana's P.O.V.*

I woke up on my couch. Everyone around me was still asleep. I started to make breakfast. Jc was the first to get up.

"Good morning," he said.

"Morning."

"So what's on the agenda for today?"

"Well...you know how Shaianne and Connor never got their real date?"

"Ya. Why?"

"I was thinking that we could plan their date and surprise them."

"I don't know........ Heck lets do it. And while we're at it can we set up Kiana and Trevor? Cause Trevor has massive crush on Kiana."

"Really cause Kiana has a massive crush on Trevor."

"Great. We can plan a double date."

"Perfect. But they can't know cause it's a surprise."

"Ok."

We started planing and came up with the perfect double date.

"I think we're ready."

"Great lets go tell them."

*Shaianne's P.O.V.*

Tiana told me that she had a surprise for me and to meet her at the park in 2 hours. She's up to something and I know it. Oh well. I got ready and was at the park with 10 minutes to spare. Then I saw Kiana, Trevor, and Connor.

"Hey. What are you guys doing here," I asked.

"Tiana and Jc told us to meet her here."

"Why do I feel like she's meddling with our realtionships?"

"Cause she probably is," Connor said.

Just then Tiana and Jc showed up.

"Ok. What'a going on" I ask.

"Well. We felt bad that you and Connor didn't get to have your date yesterday so we tried to make it up to you," Tiana said.

"Then why is Kiana and I here?"

"Cause we can tell that you both have feelings for each other so we thought we would set you guys up while we were at it."

"We can figure this out on our own," Kiana said.

"But you won't. I know you already Kiana," Tiana said.

"Well I guess this isn't too bad," I said.

"We'll give it a try," Kiana said.

"Great. Come this way," Tiana and Jc said.

They led us over to a nice picnic with candles.

"OMG guys. This is so cool," I said.

"You like it," Tiana asked.

"Ya. It's really cool."

They make Connor and I a separate picnic from Trevor and Kiana.

*Kiana's P.O.V.*

Tiana made a separate picnic for Trevor and I. I was feeling butterflies in my stomach. It was just me and Trevor.

"So......," he started.

"So...."

"There is no reason for this to be awkward. Lets make the most of this and use this to get to know each other."

"Ya. You're right. So what do you want to know about me?"

"Um......... Who is your favorite YouTuber?"

"I thought it was a little obvious but it's you. What about you?"

"Cool and my favorite YouTuber would have to be Jenna Marbles."

"Cool. Who is you favorite singer of band?"

"I like pretty much anything. What about you?"

"Um....... It would have to be Sleeping With Sirens or Pierce the Veil."

We chatted and are at what seemed like 5 minutes but was 2 hours.

"We should so this again," Trevor said.

"Ya. We should give each other our numbers so we can talk to each other more often."

We exchanged numbers and just sat there for a little longer.

*Connor's P.O.V.*

It was getting kinda late and Kiana and Trevor have already left. Shaianne and I were star gazing. I was a little sad and I think Shaianne noticed.

"Are you ok," she asked.

"I'm fine." She gave me a certain look that made me tell her the truth.

"Ok. I'm just sad that I didn't get to plan the date myself and that I had to get our friends involved," I said.

"It's ok. I don't care who planed it. I'm with you and that's all that matters."

"Thanks. Now c'mon, I'll walk you home."

"You're not gonna stay tonight?"

"No I feel like a burden."

"Oh, ok."

*At Shaianne's Door Step*

"I had a lot of fun tonight," Shaianne said.

"Me too."

"So........"

She started to lean in and I just said,

"See ya tomorrow?"

"Uh...... Ya. Good night," she said and headed inside.

"Good night."

Huh. I'm such an idiot. Why didn't I kiss her? Will she still like me? All these thoughts were running through my mind. I called Shaianne and she immediately answered.

"Hello," she said.

"Hey Shaianne."

"Hey Connor. What's up?"

"Um......... Do you wanna go to lunch with me tomorrow?"

"Sure. Where at?"

"Um......... California Pizza Kitchen at 12:00?"

"That's perfect. I'll see ya then."

"Alright well good night again."

"Good night," she said and then hung up.

I'm determined to kiss her this time. Maybe I can write her a song. Ya I'll do that too. And get her a bouquet of roses. Ya. This date will be perfect.
