Welcome to the daycare! (Vampire AU)

Pt 5

     (Author's note: Sun's  dialogue was supposed to be underlined. I forgot to add it to the previous chapters. Sorry)

(Also, I know it's been a while. Sorry. I had a shit ton of school stuff to do)

          When you finally awoke, you found that you were in a strange room. It wasn't a room that you had seen before, and you could barely make out any details due to the fact that you could barely open your eyes. You had absolutely bo clue how long you were out, but you figured it must've been quite a while. They had already bandaged the bloody bite mark on your shoulder.

As you slowly continued to regain your consciousness, you could make out two voices. It was the voice of Sun and the voice of the animatronic from before.

"This is why you can't be near the kids anymore, Moony! We're lucky you didn't kill them with your bite!" Sunny sounded EXTREMELY panicked.

           "So? They wouldn't be the first person to die in your precious daycare..." the other voice said with a harsh snarl. That voice... it belonged to the animatronic from before.

          "THAT'S THE PROBLEM!" Sun practically yelled, "You have to learn how to control your bloodlust!"

The other animatronic growled. It was clear that they weren't aware that you had woken up yet. You opened your eyes a tiny bit, only enough to just barely see the mystery animatronic,  which was apparently called 'Moony'.

          Moon sounded VERY pissed off, "OH, COME ON! I know damn well that you were planning to bite them as well!" He then mumbled, "Fucking hypocrite..."

          Sun gasped dramatically, "MOONY! You can't use that kind of language in here!"

          You tried to get up, alerting them of your consciousness. Your injured shoulder hurt like hell, but you seemed determined. Your vision was still incredibly hazy, but from what you could make out, the two animatronics had merged, leaving just Sun.

Sun quickly approached you and helped you sit down on a beanbag in the corner of the room. "Sunshine! You're awake! That's wonderful!"

          You were extremely disoriented, "Who... Who the hell was that?!" You looked up at Sun with wide eyes.

          Sun seemed just as, if not more, panicked than you were. He was obviously also shaken up by the events. Sunny laughed anxiously before speaking, "Th-that was no one! Nothing happened, S-Sunshine! Nothing to worry about here!"

          You didn't believe him for a second. "Then who the FUCK was that?!" You practically screamed as you pointed to the spot in the room where the other animatronic had been standing.

         Suns rays retracted into his head a little when you yelled, clearly not used to the hostility. He was so nervous that he didn't even comment on your language. You sighed before speaking again, "Look... I'm sorry for yelling. But I need to know who, or what, that thing was..."

          Sun started stuttering again, fidgeting with his mechanical fingers. "I-I don't know what you're talking about, S-Sunshine!" He did the weird nervous-laugh thing again, putting his hands up in front of us chest in a defensive stance.

          "The one that was just here!" You almost yelled again, getting incredibly frustrated, "That animatronic looked just like the one that bit me!"

          Sun looked away, as if he couldn't face you. "Oh.... You saw him. Th-That was my... my brother. Moon." He sounded embarrassed, maybe even a bit ashamed.

          You stood there in shock for a moment before speaking, "Where the hell did he go?!" You looked around the room. You still had no clue what room you were in, but now that you could see properly, you noticed that the walls were covered in kids' drawings and paintings.

          Suddenly, the animatronic appeared right next to Sun. They could separate?! How?! You had absolutely no clue how this was possible, but you didn't question it.

         The other animatronic, Moon, had almost the same exact build as Sun, except the color palette and clothes. Moon had mainly blues, grays, and blacks. His design was pretty calm if you ignore the blacked out eyes with red pupils and razor sharp teeth.

          Moon started to speak, his note a bit annoyed. "I'm right here, Starlight." You couldn't help but feel a bit drawn to his voice, despite how rough it was.

          Instead of making an attempt to solve this like a civilized adult, you lunged at Moon. Sun grabbed you roughly by the shoulders before you could reach him, sadly. You put your fists up, prepared to fist-fight a literal robot. "I WILL FIGHT YOU!"

         Moon smirked down at you. He sounded like he was trying to taunt you, "Oh yeah? We'll see about that, twink." He laughed to himself.

          You squirmed in an attempt to get out of Sun's grip. "What did you just call me?!"

          Sun just tightened his grip on your shoulders, his fingers digging into your skin. He sounded incredibly panicked, "S-SUNSHINE! Calm down! Please?!"

          Moon chuckled, his deep, raspy laugh sending shivers through your body. "This one has spunk... I like it. Usually the new ones are pushovers." He laughed again. Moon looked down at you and grabbed your chin before looking back at Sun. "...can I bite?"

          You growled. You had no idea how long you had been in this room, AND you were still wearing your uniform, which now has bloodstains on it from the earlier attack.

          "NO! Bad Moony! You can't bite them! You've done that to the past 38 employees!" Sun's voice was a bit shaky. He was shaking as well, his metal shell freezing cold.

          "Well that's not my fault..." Moon said with a soft growl.

          You were a bit scared, however you also knew that this might all just be a fucking weird dream, so you weren't too worried. You were still shaking.

          Sun sighed, or whatever animatronics do, before speaking, "Moony... I know you have the bug in your code. But you have to remember that I have the bug too! And I'm not biting all the employees!"  

         Sun finally let go of you. You stepped back, visibly confused. "What? What do you mean "bite"? Is that why I found those missing papers in the desk?!"

          Moon's eyes narrowed as he looked at Sun. "You LET them see those papers?!"

          "I didn't LET them see the papers... th-they just found them!" Sun argued.

          "I TOLD YOU SHRED THOSE!" Moon growled before lunging at Sun.

          You stepped between them before any animatronic-on-animatronic violence could happen. It was still your job to watch the daycare. You had no fucking clue what was going on. "What bug?! Do you two have a virus or something?!"

         The pair sighed and spoke in unison. "We're powered by human blood"
