With everything going on with Alyssa's kidnapping, David decided to still host a birthday for Kairi's 7th birthday. The party was already planned and paid for by Alyssa two weeks before her kidnapping.
"You look beautiful, Kairi" David admired his beloved daughter, who was now dressed up in a baby-blue ball gown, her hair straightened out, and kiddie makeup on her face.
"Yes, daddy. I'm a princess" She cheered.
"Yes, you are"

"Thank you!" Kairi hugged the lady who helped her get ready for her birthday party.
"You're welcome, sweetheart"
David smiled to himself, he hadn't seen his daughter this happy in a long time. "Let's go to your party," David held his daughter's hand as they walked out of the house.
The chauffeured Maybach pulled up and he got in with his daughter in the back seat. "Where's Koby and my baby brother? Kairi asked her father.
"They're at the party already," David held up his daughter's hand and kissed it.
