* * Alyssa sat down on the bathroom floor as she gripped a pregnancy test in her hands. "Please...Please be positive," She repeats to herself
Once the five minutes were up, she looked down at the pregnancy test and it showed two negatives. "Damn!" Alyssa was disappointed
It's been a month since Alyssa and her husband have been trying to conceive. She desperately wants to have a baby boy this time around and so does he. But now she's beginning to realize it's not easy.
She got up from the floor and threw away the pregnancy test, before leaving the bathroom.

She climbed into the bed and lay down. She sighed as she checked her phone for text messages from her best friend, Estelita.
"What's the result? Estelita texted Alyssa 15 minutes ago
"I'm not pregnant," Alyssa texted her best friend back
"Bummer.....you could always do IVF or adoption," Estelita suggested over the text message
"I'm sure it hasn't gotten to that level," Alyssa hated the thought of IVF or adoption
