Forever Yours From The Very First Time I Saw You

I open my eyes, uncertain of the morn,
The evening's dusk, or if the sun has set,
Time's grasp on me, a mystery forlorn,
Lost in its clutches, my mind, a vignette.

The date eludes me, slipping through my hands,
Like grains of sand, it scatters in the breeze,
Within this room, a captive I withstand,
Imprisoned self, where words become my keys.

With novels and poems, my solace lies,
Inscribing tales of passion and desire,
I slumber not, for life is but a prize,
Each moment cherished, thoughts set afire.

And when my mind is graced with thoughts of you,
My pen grows still, your name in letters true.

Beauty personified, your name I spell,
In a thousand letters, each one a caress,
A symphony of sound, where love can dwell,
In every stroke, your essence I impress.

In a thousand sentences, your name I weave,
A tapestry of words, a sweet refrain,
A melodic song where hearts find reprieve,
Our lost love and dreams, forever remain.

Oh, thoughts of you, they halt my very being,
For in your presence, time itself stands still,
My heart, a canvas, your love's brush freeing,
With every word, my longing heart shall fill.

Though life is fleeting, moments pass away,
My love for you, eternal, it shall stay.
