Chapter 4-Alexandro

Thank you for reading. This will be my longest chapter yet and my 100-year-old computer is lagging so much so it took a looong time to write... Hope you enjoy the chapter!

     Today I had to treat a new patient with my brothers Sandrino and Lorenzo. The patient was Ritz Monroe. While doing the surgery, I noticed that she looked a lot like us... she has the same eyes as mine and Dad's. She also has a jawline like Mom's and her red hair is the same as me and Mom's.

      I went to Sandrino's office to find Lorenzo also sitting in his office. I was annoyed that Lorenzo was here but I thought maybe he was here was the same reason as me...

     Sandrino welcomed me in and Lorenzo smiled at me. What?!? Lorenzo is smiling at me?!?! I thought, surprised. I entered the office and sat down. I had my cold and emotionless face on and Sandrino looked at me and Lorenzo in despair.

     We were just sitting in an uncomfortable silence because we all somehow knew why we had gathered here so I decided to break the weird silence by saying, "Doesn't Ritz Monroe look kind of familiar to you all?" Lorenzo replied, "That's exactly what me and Sandrino were talking about before you came." "Any why wasn't I called?", I asked, annoyed. Sandrino finally looked at me with a glare, "You had a meeting scheduled with the investors and I didn't know whether to call you or not. Stop arguing now, we have more important matters to get to." Lorenzo said, "I agree." I glared at him and continued, "So, what do you guys think we should do?" Sandrino replies, "I guess we could ask her?" As soon as Sandrino says that Lorenzo bursts out laughing and asks between laughs, "So you think she is so dumb and naive that she will be willing to tell us everything immediately?" Me and Sandrino both get annoyed that Lorenzo called our only sister dumb so we both harshly glare at him, making him shut his dumb mouth at once. Sandrino sighs and replies, "Well, that is also true." I ask, "Then what should we do? She will not tell us...what else could we do?" Lorenzo gives the smart idea that somehow we could not think of, "Maybe we could hire a bunch of private investigators from the underworld and ask them to search about her and get more information..." I silently gasp and look at Sandrino who just gives me a small smirk.

They are idiots... 

I agree 

For once!

     Anyway, I say, "That's a pretty good idea...I'll hire the investigator." Lorenzo interrupts and says, "Let us all hire at least 3 investigators, then we can get the most information." Me and Sandrino both nod in agreement. Then we all became silent...and seeing all of their faces I understood that they were thinking of the same thing as I was...Should we tell our parents or not?

     Sandrino was the first to break the silence and pose the question that had been troubling us all, "Should we tell our parents or not?" They all turned to me, expecting me to answer. "Let's only inform Mom and Dad so we don't give anyone else false hopes," I suggested. Both of them nodded in agreement, and the room became silent once again. Lorenzo broke the silence and asked, "But what if we're wrong and she is not the one...?" Sandrino answers for me, "But we have to take a chance right?" I nod, agreeing to his statement. I then turn to look at the time. It's 4:30!? I gasp, getting my brother's attention to myself. I say, "We have a dinner tonight!" And Lorenzo continues, "And I told that I'll come there by 5!" Me and Sandrino glance at each other and say, "Same here!" Then Sandrino gives the genius idea that we all go in 1 car. I asked him how we would get our other cars home? Then Lorenzo replies, "I think that you forget sometimes that we are trillionaires" Sandrino laughs and I glare at him. Then Sandrino says, "I can get someone to get our cars back home" Then glancing at me he adds, "And without a single scratch." I give in to their idiotic requests since there is no other option that would allow us all to reach before 5. We all get into Lorenzo's sports car. He drives so fast that I beg to god that I will reach in one piece. Then he also starts blasting Chase Atlantic songs on the radio. He loves them... We reached home in 15 mins instead of the usual 30-40 mins journey. I was happy that I managed to reach in one piece that I wanted to scream. But I just put on my cold, emotionless face. Sandrino also does the same thing but Lorenzo has the smallest smile on his lips. I guess it's because his best friend James is coming. James is Uncle Ezra and Aunt Ruby's second son. James is one of the only people who talks to Lorenzo freely in our family and it's kind of entertaining watching them play or sometimes fight. They really do look like real siblings. It's such a pity that we could not be like that since Rose was given away by him.

     Anyway, once we got down we went and greeted Mom and Dad and they told that the family is coming by 6:30pm. Now it's 5:30 pm so we have about 20-25 mins to get ready. We all nodded and went our separate ways to our bedrooms. I took a quick shower for 5 mins and I wore a nice, clean black tux and got ready by 6:15 pm. A few mins later someone knocked on my door.

     I shouted "Come in" and my two brothers Sandrino and Lorenzo come in. I put my phone down, knowing where this conversation's gonna go. Lorenzo begins by saying, "How do we tell Mom and Dad now that our family is coming?" Sandrino nods and I say, "Well, we don't want to give the rest of our family false hopes. So let's tell Mom and Dad tomorrow." Sandrino adds, "What about Dante?" "Let's see about that later" I say and we hear the doorbell ring. "They must be here" Lorenzo says and we all rush downstairs to see half of our family and an unknown girl.

Who is this girl? And why does she feel so familiar to the Romano family?
