"You better be glad you have this job! One mistake and you're fired! As soon as you hit 18, you're moving the fuck out of there. I don't want to see you here anymore."
He slaps me again and again.. I stopped feeling anything after 3rd slap today. Was it really 3rd? I stopped counting. But it feels like a standard for the past 16 years.
This might seem like torture but I don't know anymore I got used to it.
My parents left me at the circus door so this is the only place I know. They never let me go out. I've never seen anything else than the strong bright lights or the cages with the poor animals. They never let anyone out this is a prison..
Since I have to do something here to "pay", I'm a magician. Or at least trying to be. If I fail, the consequences are quite bad but I'm used to it. Either I sleep on dirty floor or don't have food for next 3 days. It's quite normal so I got okay with that. But one thing I wanna know is who and where are my parents and who's actually this man. We call him Mr. Volkov but I'm sure it's not his real name. I have to figure it out.
What are Volkov's secrets? Why he doesn't let us see what's outside the circus? He knows something we shouldn't. I will prove him wrong. I'm a good magician and I'll found out what's wrong with him and what's he hiding. I will find the truth. I have to. Not only for me but for everyone in this circus. We're here as prisoners. We're gonna escape one day. Before I turn 18. After that, they don't have any chance. They might seem like they're okay that they're being there but I'm sure they're not. They're hidden from the outside world, from everything. And if I cannot atleast try to help them escape before my 18th birthday, I don't know who is gonna help them. I promised them. I will keep my promise. I have to.

But how? That's one of the questions thats bothering me. His office is locked, the workers are informing him about every step made here, the front door has 5 locks on them and 2 bodyguards. There's no way I can escape. But I don't want myself only to escape but the whole circus, the poor animals. I feel sorry for to workers, they're threatened with death each time they're not acting like brainwashed. I saw it once. His name was Adam and he had heart so he couldn't punish baby Medusa. Volkov saw it and let the tigers eat him alive. It was one of the most painful things to hear. He didn't deserve it. No one here except Volkov. He has to pay for his actions. One day he will
