listening to music as I did so, I sat at my vanity and did my make up. Curled or up? I asked my self.. I sat there... okay curled. I finished getting ready and then I grabbed my stuff and headed downstairs, quiet and empty feels good. I smiled to my self as I ate a banana the silence was great. heard a knock, I got up and walked to the door opening it "hey!" Johnnie said "hey" I said letting him in. And sitting down going on my phone "we gotta get going y/n hurry uppp" Johnnie whined "ugh okay fineee, I wasn't enjoying the silence before you showed up" I said putting on my shoes, he dramatically slapped his hand over his heart "RUDE!" He yelled "yeah yeah" I laughed as we left the house.
"Hey but you never asked my message last night" he said as we walked into the air conditioned building "yeah sorry I passed out" I laughed "I get that" he smiled "but I don't know if I'm ungrounded maybe" I said "Boringgg" he said dropping me off at class "bye y/n" he said waving a stupid wave "later loser" I laughed walking into the class.
I sat there doing the test I had studied so hard for. When I felt a tap I turned "what?" I said "what's answer to 1?" Jake asked "shh" I said turning around. "Please I'm gonna fail" he whined "65" I said "thanks" he said "mhm" I said finishing the test a little later. Finally the bell rung and people flooded out of the class. I walked out to meet Johnnie by the lockers. There he was smiling his beautiful bright smile "heyy" he said slinging his arm over me "what are you two?" Jake asked barging between us "huh?" I asked "like I know you guys said you were friends but y'all are CLOSE so friends with benefits?" Jake said "you have no filter do you Jake?" Johnnie laughed, his laugh rang through my ears like a beautiful melody. "Y/n?" Jake asked "huh?" I said snapping out of my daze "I was asking what your doing later!" He laughed "homework and homework" I said "ugh boring" Johnnie said "whatever don't come crawling to me when you need answers" I said walking off making sure to give them both the bird.
