Camila and the two college students were left astonished at his proposal.
"You're challenging us to dominoes, in McDonalds?"
"What's in it for us?"
"Easy, you want revenge but don't want to end up in jail for beating up two teenagers? Problem solved."
Camila blinked. "You sure about this?"
"True, I should make it more interesting. If we win, you pay for our meal, and drop your grudge."
"And if we win?"
"You take me outside and do whatever you want to me outside."
"Oh no, we want both of you."
"Please, I have a side chick who's way better."
"Excuse me," she whispered to him.
"Play along," showing them a picture of two of their classmates on his phone. "She can do a lot of things with her legs," pointing to the other, "and she's really good with balls."
Camila folded her arms, texting him.
You're pimping our classmates without telling them?
He pulled out his phone. Look at their faces, making her look up to see them licking their lips, nodding to each other over which one they have. It's just to bait them.
Still, that's what you think about them? Wow.
Emerald and Athena are a soccer player and a basketball player.
Her face popped. Soccer? Legs? Balls? Basketball!
He folded his arms with annoyance. You were thinking something kinky again, weren't you?
You made it sound weird.
Hey, you thought it, not me.
Shush.
But Emerald's my friend, and Athena would be my friend if her crew wasn't more insufferable than locker room fight club. They're the two strongest girls in our grade. If these creeps come for them, we'll call the cops. The girls might make them beg for the cops to save them first though.
I mean it's a good plan. But if we lose they'll just beat you up.
They'll have to ask me where our school is. I'll ask them to take me to the school so they could beat me up in front of everyone. You run out and get someone that looks tough or calls the cops.
That's insane. I'm not just gonna leave you alone, pulling down the phone. "Not with these two," defiant with passion.
He shook his head, smiling. I know, but if the worst comes to pass, you won't get hurt at all. Besides, pulling down his phone after showing it to her, grinning.
"We aren't a thing, but we'll beat them together."
Camila sighed, reluctantly agreeing to his plan.
"Then I'll make sure we win."
They both exchanged a smile when the two snapped at them.
"Were you two just texting each other the whole time?"
He sucked his teeth, annoyed they ruined the moment while she sat down first, shuffling the dominoes. Winning made the best sense for revenge.
Both duos sat down, and Camila handed out every pairs dominoes while Silas asked for their names, claiming he'd like to know the names of the people he'd defeat. Angered, revealing their names were Adin and Josh, the latter accidentally flipped over his dominoes, allowing Camila to see them all.
