ABSOLUTE DEVOTION

In these darkest of times the human race is floundering
looking for inspiration and salvation to bring
there is one amongst us who is pure and true
the lovingness of his eternal light could be with you
-
For I would climb the highest mountain and commit my existence
to uphold my faith,anything else would be futile resistance
let us pray that the world can be saved for future generations
and we will again see our lord God who will save our nation
-
Humans have turned to modern ways of living
forgetting about their faith and the art of giving
the self indulgent materialism which is prevalent today
will make the human race empty,soulless and turn them grey
-
Devoting your life to God will offer your spirit eternity
but by ignoring your faith there is only one reality
to be condemned to ashes and die a million times
let us change our way of living by reducing the crimes
-
Repenting your sins will offer you salvation
and help us bring together our torn nation
there are battles to be won for the sake of our lord
don't give up before you start because you are bored
-
The provider will hear your prayers when you are in need
so long as the request is not for personal greed
letting him in from those darkest of shadows
will allow your soul to blossom,like a flower it will grow.

ON STAGE SHE STANDS SO TALL LIKE A PRECIOUS BIRD SO PROUD

PLAYING FAMILIAR SONGS TO HER AUDIENCE WITH MELODY AND RHYME

SEDUCING HER FANS WITH HER OWN UNIQUE STYLE AND GRACE

AS THERE IS NO GREATER LASTING PLEASURE THAT REMAINS SO TRUE

EACH AND EVERY DAY I SEEK A SOLUTION
TO MY PROMLEMATIC MIND AND CLOUDED CONFUSION
FEAR STALKS MY SOUL AND LEAVES ME SO COLD
I STRUGGLE WITH MY COURAGE AND BEGIN TO UNFOLD

COLLAPSING IN A HEAP I LAY ON THE FLOOR
FEARING THE INTRUSION OF PEOPLE AND A KNOCK ON THE DOOR
IN MY MIND WHICH IS FRAGILE I TRY TO BREAK FREE
BUT REALISE I AM TRAPPED BY THE CHAINS THAT LOCK ME

I AM ON A STATE OF ALERT AWAITING THE NEXT ATTACK

Alcohol And Drugs Abuse Pandemic

Society is plagued by so many different woes
Of alcohol and drugs abuse which everyone knows
Leading to instability and chaos for all concerned
With those craving a release,there are few lessons learned
-
Abusing their bodies for this mindless simple pleasure
With so much time on their hands,it's all at that leisure
As young and old begin to indulge more and more
Nobody really knows what goes on behind the closed door
-
Which results in a reckless generation filled with booze
Living in their insane existence,a lifestyle which they choose
With no sense of purpose and detached from reality
Their addiction for drugs sends them in to a world of insanity
-
Fragmentation of lives leads to social degeneration
Creating anarchy and disorder in every nation
Their quality of life is eroded due to a lack of self control
Disconnecting their senses and existing without a soul
