After falling into Babalus on Tuesday and meeting so many new people R fell asleep in her room, shocked from the day's craziness she had a horrible night's sleep. She woke up with a start at 5 am wayyyy earlier than her usual from a terrifying nightmare of getting outed as a human. She decided to start getting settled into the demon world. She got up and got dressed in the new outfit (she had gotten it with an advance of her paycheck), and started towards the library. [You pick which one]

She speaks, reads, and writes in the demon language as Balam Sensei used an experimental spell to download the language into her head. After reading till 7 am she decided that breakfast was in order and went to the kitchen to fix herself some breakfast. She happened upon Robin Sensei making soup in preparation for dinner. He had made pesto pasta for breakfast, they ate together and chatted a bit. Then he asked her if she wanted to join him to quickly grab something from the store as he knew she was new to the area. She said yes and they started on their before-school adventure. They got some radishes and some spices for the soup. R got some notebooks and pens for her research. Then they headed back to the school.

Robin Sensei walked with R telling her about what it's like to be a professor there and how interesting teaching is. They had just gotten to the pathway directly leading to the school before Robin Sensei jumped. He just remembered he had a last-minute meeting that he forgot about, he quickly said "I'm so sorry I have a meeting that I forgot about and I'm about to be late. Just follow the pathway into the school". Before speeding off. R walked to the school chuckling to herself that it seems demons and humans aren't too different afterall. Humans also have meetings that they get late for. Just as she was about to reach the gate she heard a voice yell " And where's your uniform?"

She turned around to see one of the student council members standing tall and looking menacing. "Um... I don't have one." R squeaked, freaked out from the unexpected confrontation. Then the student council member said " Wait a minute I don't recognize you, what grade are you? I don't see a rank marker. Are you even a student here?" "Oh, I'm not a student here I'm actually a-" R said before being cut off. "Not a student here then why are you trying to sneak into the school?" the Student Council member said.
"I'm not trying to sneak in. I actually am here as a research assistant" R said trying to defend herself. Seeing as the Student Council member didn't look like he believed her, she started frantically looking around. She smiled when she saw Sabro Sabnock walking up to the gate. She called out to him waiving "Hey, Um ... Lunch tray dude could you please help me?" Sabro a little shocked said" Well that's a unique nickname. Even still, I will vouch for you." R sighed in relief.
The spectacle was seen and heard by the whole schoolyard, sparking whispered conversations. R turned to the student council member, took a deep breath, and said "I'm a new research assistant for Balam Sensei, this is his mentee ummm ... What's your name?". Sabro chuckled and said"Sabro Sabnock". "Ohh yeah that was it" R said nodding. "His mentee Sabro can vouch for me," R said. "Is this true?" The council member said, skeptically looking at Sabro. Sabro said, "Yes it's true, we were just introduced yesterday. The 3 of us are going to a humanology conference this weekend". "Alright, then you may pass," the student council member said letting R off the hook.
Relieved R sighed as she and Sabro walked off. Before he could leave R tapped his arm and said" By the way thank you so much for helping to vouch for me. That scared me, I thought I was gonna end up being stuck outside on my first day. You're a really nice guy" then smiled up at him. He confidently replied, "Of course, as the future demon king I must make good rapport with my future subjects". "That's amazing! You are laser-focused on your future aspirations and you're already making steps to achieve them that's awesome!" R said. Smiling, before giving a small wave and walking off. Leaving Sabro stunned at how she didn't laugh at him and instead recognized his passion.
