TW: KINDA GORY DESCRIPTIONS
They had finally found her hiding place. It was well hidden, they'd give her that, but not well enough to stop Crowley from finding it. They had waited nearly a year with radio silence from Michael, but if they found her themself, they wouldn't need her to strike to find her.
So that's what they did.
And now, they waited, the same dagger Michael had nearly killed Aziraphale with that horrid night clutched in their hand. Things were about to come full circle and Crowley relished in the feeling.
They weren't a sadist, not by any means, but this? This was an exception. The bitch deserved what she was getting, unlike Aziraphale. He never deserved to lose his wings, he never deserved to bear that pain, physically or mentally. But Michael did, it was a shame she wouldn't be alive for too long to truly experience it, to have all the mental and emotional breakdowns, to shed all the tears, to think she wasn't worthy or good enough anymore, to go through all the emotional turmoil Aziraphale had gone through because of her.
But her death would mostly satisfy their desire to see her hurt the same way their angel did. So they waited, not even blinking. And soon enough, their patience paid off as Michael walked in and was immediately shoved to the ground, Crowley using their free arm to pin her down as their dagger - Michael's dagger - got closer and closer to her wings. She squirmed and struggled but it was no use against Crowley's rage.
They slowly cut through the wing, and she screamed. She screamed the way Aziraphale had when she was in Crowley's place and Aziraphale was in hers. Tears flooded her eyes from the pain as her nerves, her veins, her muscles, her tendons, everything in her wings were slowly severed. As Crowley reached the last inch or so of the wings muscle, they set the dagger aside and just tore the wing clean off, spewing blood everywhere in the process and a scream ripped from Michaels throat.
Crowley tossed the wing where it'd land right in her sight and started on the other one, repeating the process of slowly sawing through it before tearing it off and putting it directly in her sight. They then got off her and dragged her to her feet, her back completely soaked in blood as it soaked her clothes, making it warm and cling to her skin.
They tossed her to the ground again, her back colliding harshly to the floor and she let out another pained scream. Crowley stood over her, their sclera gone, replaced by the yellow of their iris as they glared down at her, watching as the life slowly drained from her eyes.
They stood, watching until they were 100% sure she was dead before picking up her body and wings and sneaking them into the back of their Bentley, miracling their way to not get caught. They drove to a far off lake and dumped it all into the water.Whatever happened to her body didn't matter now, no one wouldn't catch them. No one would ever know.
They took a deep breath, calming their hammering heart from its adrenaline before driving home, using a miracle to keep their car clean. It was nearly midnight and Aziraphale was safely asleep in bed, something he started consistently doing since waking up from his coma.
Crowley quickly showered, watching as the blood made the water murky before going down the drain. Guilt tried to seep into them but all that mattered was Aziraphale was safe, and now he was. Michael would've only hurt more people if given the chance. They were both safer this way. They repeated that to themself as they dried off, put on loose clothes and snuggled into bed next to Aziraphale.
Their arms wrapped around his stomach and pulled him close against them, his presence calming Crowley's thoughts as they drifted off to sleep, happy knowing that the hell Michael had brought was finally over.
