I could not sleep at night even after hugging Mr. Teddy closely.

I must have been so obvious.

I must have been that obvious yesterday too for them to have noticed.

I just did not want them to worry.

Especially not Dad.

He will kill him if he gets to know about it.

Even brother would help him.

But I don't want that.

I mean it would be great to just see him suffering little by little.

But before that, I want to make him see that I am happy.

I don't care about him anymore.

I don't think about him any longer.

But that is not true.

I have been traumatized by him.

I can no longer trust men around me whom I don't know.

I... I do want to be happy too.

And since coming here this was the first time I have dreamt of him.

Past:

I had come back home from my trip to Paris with my friends there.

But when I got my keys out and tried to open it, I already found the door to be unlocked.

I got goosebumps suddenly.

I did not have a good feeling about this.

Henry was not the type of person to keep the door unlocked.

And upon entering the house I saw red heels kept on the mat.

And seeing that, I imagined the worst.

As I tiptoed toward the bed I heard the moaning sounds of a woman.

Just what I had feared.

I am not a supporter of cheating at all.

So I confronted them and had to witness a disgusting scene in front of me.

The woman got scared and ran for her life wearing her clothes.

I got enraged.

How could he do that to me?

All I have ever done is love him with my whole heart.

And that's how he treats me...

That's what I deserve after loving him.

I walked up to him and slapped him.

Not once but twice.

I did not want to hear any of his excuses.

If I had Dad's gun with me right now I would have shot him right at that moment.

Fucking bastard.

And I start to gather my things up to leave.

I could stay over at any of my friends' houses there.

But just as I was about to leave, he stopped me.

And the look he had in his eyes scared me.

Nia Harper was scared for the first time in her life.

"Put down the bags love, you are not going anywhere", he ordered with a menacing look and smiling lightly trying to ease the tension.
