As Jangmi took a step into the mansion, she stopped, her mouth agape, as she looked around in astonishment.

She took notice of the enormous walls which were giving out a yellow vibrant glow and she wouldn't be so surprised if the walls were made of actual gold.
She looked up as she saw the fancy chandeliers adorned with cascading crystal prisms that catch and refract the light, giving it a dazzling view.

Then she stopped as she saw a man with a suit welcoming the guests with bows and small chit-chats.

He then bowed to the members, and they mirrored it back showing respect.

"Welcome back again!" he spoke excitedly.

The man in the suit turned to Jangmi, "Who is this young lady here."

"She is my date." Heeseung replied, to which the man nodded. Jangmi bowed to the man with an awkward smile and then turned to Heeseung, her eyes widened in surprise after hearing him say that, even the rest of the members didn't expect him to say something like this.

"You can go in now"

"Ooo hyung why did you say she was you're date." the youngest questioned him wiggling his eyebrows.

"Pfft, it's to not make it look suspicious." Heeseung replied loudly, implying that he wanted Jangmi to hear it.

She rolled her eyes as she continued to talk to Sunghoon who was next to her.

There were multiple rooms that one could easily get lost in. The art pieces on the walls are a captivating ensemble. As if plain gold walls isn't good enough, they added paintings that adds a variety of colours to it.

She got lead to the main hall by following Niki and Heeseung as the aromas of different cousines hit her nose as the laughter's and the sounds of the crowd grew louder.

"Ooo there is mint choco ice cream here!" Sunoo excitedly said and the members rolled their eyes at what he said.

The men and Jangmi started mingling with the other guests there.

Soon it was time for the couple dance.

Every event there would be a song or two for only couples or dates to dance, this is like a tradition for this event.

"Do you uhh wanna dance with me?" Heeseung scratched his neck

"O why do you want me to dance with you?" Jangmi snorted

"It's to not make it look suspicious because you are my date."

"O uhm I'm not really familiar with this type of dance."

"Just follow my lead." Heeseung said softly as he extended his hand out waiting for her to accept it.

As soon as she took his hand he spinned her around. Then he put his hands around her waist as she put her hands around his shoulders. Jangmi soon gets the hang of it and their movements start to become more synchronized.

They both stare at eachother as the gentle melody of the song seems to be fading away as they are lost in each others eyes. Jangmi's cheeks start turning red as Heeseung never looks away from her. His eyes only glued to her like she is the only person to exist among a a huge crowd.

The members stand at the side looking at them with smiles on their faces.

"Yup hyung is definitely in love." Sunoo says as he is eating from the 4th cup of mint choco ice cream.

Niki turned to Sunoo as his face turned into disgust. "You basically ate 4 cups of toothpaste"

"Shut up let me enjoy my mint choco." Sunoo rolled his eyes.

Heeseung knows that if he keeps being close to her it can be dangerous for her but somehow he finds himself always with her.

If a vampire is attracted to an individual, they have a strong will to bite them on their neck as a marking that they belong to them.

This could be fine if it is an other vampire but it can be dangerous for a human being to be bitten.

The song came to an end as Heeseung quickly parted his hands from Jangmi's.

Now they avoid eye contact as if they haven't had their eyes glued on eachother just a second ago.

Without a word Heeseung rushed out of the room leaving Jangmi alone as some of the boys weren't in the room and some where talking to the others.

From a distance she can see Jake flirting with a random girl, biting his lips and all that.

A couple of moments passed by and soon Jangmi felt a pair of eyes looking straight at her for a couple of minutes across the room. She tries to shake this uneasy
feeling but can't. They both stare at eachother for a while and she noticed the man smirking at her before leaving.

Curiosity got the best of her. "He seems suspicious, what if he is the culprit?, I cant just let him go like that". Questions and thoughts like this took over her mind and she decided to leave the room looking for him.

She got lost in a hallway where there was no one there and it was just her. She began to walk the other way when all of a sudden she heard footsteps behind her and before she knew it she felt someone grab her as they covered her face with a cloth that had something in it that made her pass out.

Heeseung came back to the hall to the place where he left Jangmi but she wasn't there. Heeseung started looking for her but she was nowhere to be seen.

"Sunghoon, have you seen Jangmi I can't find her?" Heeseung asked with a worried tone

"No I haven't, wasn't she with you?"

"I left for a brief moment and when I came back she wasn't there."

Sunghoon started looking for Jangmi and soon all the members were trying to find her.

"Did you try calling her?" Sunoo asked his voice filled with worry.

"Yes but her phone is switched off." Heeseung replied.

"Let's split up and find her in the building and outside." Jay said.

Time has passed and they still couldn't find her.

The members all gathered outside the mansion.

"We literally looked everywhere, she is nowhere to be seen." Niki sighed.

"It is 100% the attacker who took her." Sunghoon said.

"It is all my fault, I shouldn't have left her alone." Heeseung buried his head in his hands, fingers intertwining through disheaveled hair.

"Don't blame this on you only, we also weren't paying attention." Jake rubbed Heeseung's shoulders

"But It was my responsibility to look after her." Heeseung replied as his forehead furrowed creating lines.

"Arguing about who's fault it is isn't going to help right now, Jangmi's life is in danger." Jay spoke up

"What do we do now, we can't find her anywhere." Niki asked

The members began to think.

"Maybe we can ask Sehun to sniff her smell to where she has gone off to, after all he came over to our place while Jangmi was there so he must be familiar with her smell." Heeseung suggested.

All the members agreed as this is the only idea right now that could be useful.
