After a few weeks of hard intense training, it was finally opening night for the Renessaince tour and Lexi was nervous as heck!
"Bebe.." Larry said holding his girlfriend close. "You have nothing to worry about your gonna kill it."
"Yeah you've been working so hard and we are so proud of you!" Laurent said hugging Alexis who had just stopped shaking.
"Alright, everyone. Is everyone ready for the start of the tour?" The stage manager said as everyone got into position while Lexi started shaking like a leaf again.
Beyonce looked over at the girl who looked like at any given time she could pass out and pulled her close to her. "Hey Lexi you wanna know a secret? On my first day of performing ever, I was terrified."
"You were?" Lexi said not noticing her little voice was slipping out.
Beyonce thought about how the young girl sounded but chose to ignore it and proceeded to continue with the story. "The first time I performed I looked at my mama who was in the crowd and all my fear left, if you want look for a friendly and dance for them only ok sweetie?"
"Okies!" Lexi said running off to get her costume ready as Beyonce kept thinking about Lexi she had a slight clue but figured she would wait till the young girl felt more comfortable.
The tour had officially started as Lexi watched behind the scenes in her silver metallic costume. She nearly had a heart attack watching Larry and Laurent swing from the poles that were high up in the air.
"Don't you two dare ever scare me like that on those damn things!" Lexi slightly shouted at the twins who were just laughing at the fact Lexi got so scared and promised her they would be ok.
"You ready for your solo soon?" Larry said taking off his shirt and grabbing the next costume.
"I guess.." Lexi said. Truth was she wasn't ready at all and felt like puking and wetting herself at the same time.
"You're gonna do so great! You have to like hello you are the best dancer ever! Aside from us, that is." Laurent snickered.
Lexi reached over and playfully punched Laurent who in turn was very dramatic and fell to the floor pretending to die.
"Come on you two knock it off," Larry said laughing.
"Lexi!" Blue Ivy ran and hugged her. "You're up next! You're gonna kill this!"
As Lexi got into her position she breathed out a sigh as she heard Beyonce announce her to the stage.
"Yall give it up for my baby niece Alexis!" Beyonce said as Lexi ran out on stage and Beyonce smiled at her walking behind the scenes.
Alexis breathed and looked seeing Laurent who ran from behind the stage and was sitting in her eyesight! She smiled and began to dance her solo to "Cuff it" and she spun and twirled, and did all certain of tricks while the crowd went wild and Lau was nearly jumping up on the stage. She finished and ran back to the stage panting.
"Babe! You did it!" Larry spun his girlfriend around in circles. "I love you so much!"
"I told you she was gonna kill it, bro!" Laurent said looking at Lexi who looked like she might cry.
"Uh oh, princess what's wrong?" Larry said bouncing Lexi on his hip and making his way to his changing room. "Hey bro can you lock the door?"
"Yeah, I got you." Laurent locked the door and sat by Larry.
"Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas, princesse?" (What's wrong princess?) They both asked her at the same time.
Lexi took a shaky breath trying not to cry...
