Les twins little space one-shots

Lau's hard day

AN: whew ok I'm not dead lol! I've been busy but I got this idea and had to write it out before I forget it. I hope you guys enjoy it!

As Alexis tried to sleep she kept hearing someone mutter in French and she knew it wasn't her boyfriend as Larry was currently spooning her tiny body. She sighed as she tried to fall back asleep until she heard a slightly frustrated yell coming from Lau's room. She shimmied her way out of Larry's grasp and snorted as she looked as he rolled over and started cuddling the pillow. 

"I tell you he could sleep through World War 3," Lexi said to herself as she made her way to Laurent's room and opened the door only to duck as a shoe flew past her head. "What in the hell Laurent!" She whispered yelled grabbing the shoe and closing his door walking inside.

"Lexi! Omg, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to almost hit you!" He apologized.

Lexi huffed a bit before sighing and looking at her anxious baby's face. "Ok baby talk to me, tell me what's wrong, what's got you worried."

"N-nothing! I'm fine!" Laurent said twiddling his fingers and looking down.

Alexis stretched a bit and sat on the bed patting her lap. "Come here baby boy," she said and watched as Laurent shuffled a bit before he sat on her lap blushing a bit. Lexi smiled and rubbed his back.

"Ok so besides wet pants what's going on? What's got your tummy in ticklish knots?" She tickled his tummy slightly watching as he giggled a bit and she quickly changed his pants and underwear.

"I'm just nervous about today." He admitted looking nervous again.

Lexi thought for a bit trying to remember what the day was about granted she was struggling to remember at the moment since it was 2 am and she wasn't used to being up that early. Finally, it clicked in her mind it was Lau's big interview day for Jordan in Paris, Larry had done his already but Laurent hadn't done it yet due to Alexis saying he wasn't ready. 

"Baby, are you nervous about doing your interview today?" 

"Mhm!" He nodded so quickly that Lexi had to grab his head to stop him from looking like a bobblehead doll.

"Awww baby it's ok Mommy will be there, and so will Eleni, and don't forget your older bubby will be there as well." Just as soon as she said that Larry appeared in the doorway looking like a sleep-deprived raccoon. 

"Babe? Why are you not sleeping?" Larry asked yawning a bit.

"Well, your bubba was in here pitching a fit 'cause he was nervous so..."

"So Mommy Lexi steps in," he yawned even more. "At this point babe are you sure you still want kids I think you got enough with both of us."

"Larry!" She blushed a lot before gaining her composure and covering Lau's ears. "That is a conversation for another time when there are not little ears present!" 

"Oh shit! My fault!" He realized as Lexi rolled her eyes and yawned and uncovered Lau's ears. "Ok baby we got a long day ahead so we need to sleep and I need you to sleep so you won't be fussy in the morning ok?" 

"Nuh-uh! No sleep!" He whined.

"Shit." Lexi mentally cursed in her head before finally speaking. "Look baby I know you don't wanna sleep but Mommy needs you to sleep so she can sleep too and help you through tomorrow. Plus you know how cranky Bubby gets when he doesn't sleep too." She looked at Larry who in turn was almost asleep standing up.

Laurent thought for a minute before asking Lexi to sleep with him. She of course didn't refuse and laid him in his bed and gently led Larry to the other side of the bed as she fell asleep holding them both while she lay in the middle.

She silently reached over and gave Lau his binky and stuffie and closed her eyes praying that it wouldn't be that hard of a day on Lau but boy did she not think about how hard it would be on her.

End of part 1! Gonna finish this one in a few! Just wanted to write the first part!
