Essential Guidebook (Rules and Voting)

Rules

Before winners are picked, all entries will be surveyed and analyzed to make sure that these rules were not broken.

1. No harassment or bullying. If you disregard this rule, you will be disqualified from entering the awards.

2. No copying. If we catch you copying someone else's work, you will be disqualified and reported.

3. No cheating. If you make a fake account to vote for your story, you will be disqualified.

4. No sore winners or sore losers. Sore winners will have their story taken out of the "Previous Winners" list and "UPDATES" book. Sore losers will be disqualified from re-entering their story.

5. No advertising. This includes forcing readers to vote for your story or blackmailing users to not vote for another. Do not advertise on your main profile. The only place you are allowed to advertise is in your story that you entered. Do not do this anywhere else and DO NOT OVER ADVERTISE. You are allowed one and ONE CHAPTER ONLY to state that you are in the awards and how your readers should vote for you. Thus being said, it's a smart idea to WAIT until voting starts to post that a/n. If you post it before voting begins, you are NOT ALLOWED to post another one when it does start. If you entered more than one book, you can post ONE CHAPTER PER BOOK. Remember that you are not allowed to advertise in any books that you did not enter and you are also not allowed to advertise on your main profile.

IF YOU BREAK THE RULES YOU WILL FACE THE PUNISHMENTS EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW, BECAUSE EVERYONE WHO ENTERS SHOULD READ THIS GUIDEBOOK. IF YOU DIDN'T READ THIS AND YOU BROKE THE RULES, THAT'S ON YOU.
