The week flew by, filled with not so modest interactions with Remi at the most absurd spots. Like, in the men's washroom, sometimes we'd meet in the university's storage room. Other times, he'd insist on meeting at the trail, where he'd piggyback me to the top, playfully demanding mind-blowing blowjob as his reward.

In return for my amazing mouth skills, I'm treated to a culinary feast. Remi turns into a kitchen magician and would treat me to diverse homemade meals, neatly packed in a Belle lunchbox. Initially, I scoffed at the whole Belle lunchbox affair, deeming it borderline ridiculous. But when Remi likened me to Belle from "Beauty and the Beast" because of my brown hair (and because it's his favorite movie), I melted. Now, it's either Belle's box or no lunch for me. Just ask Remi about the time he forgot it three days ago - I stood my ground, stubbornly refusing to eat. And boy, he was almost on the verge of losing it. But hey, principles, right? He ended up buying lunch from the cafeteria, which somehow made me feel queasy. Ever since Remi started preparing my meals, the thought of outside food repulses me.

Since that incident, not only does he bring the Belle lunchbox religiously but even purchased a spare in case the first one's not squeaky clean. Isn't he simply adorable? Yes, he's all mine!

Fast forward to today, it's the weekend, and here we are, chilling at the pub with our gang, the entire entourage of significant others included. Glyndon's doctor boyfriend Killian, who's got a touch of the serial killer vibes and might as well be one.

Creighton's fiancé Annika, a ballerina and a mafia princess.

Cecily's grumpy-faced mafia prince boyfriend Jeremy, looking like he's been dragged here against his will - no surprises there.

Landon's girlfriend, Mia, is like a goth Barbie. Rumor has it she used to be mute but now speaks just fine. She's sitting between Lan and Nikolai, the latter giving Lan some major stink-eye at Landon's arm, which is draped protectively around Mia, while dog-eyeing Bran, who's peacefully sipping his martini.

Nikolai happens to be Bran's utterly smitten boyfriend, another mafia prince, but a completely different breed from Jeremy.

Then there's Ava who sits comfortably next to Vivian and they both are talking, More like Ava is and Vivian is responding y nodding her head every now and then.

There's Allison, cozying up with her boyfriend Mason. Even though there's nothing intimate happening, but somehow Kate's face contorts into disgust each time her gaze accidentally lands on his friend.

From what I gather, Allison and Mason aren't spending as much time together as they used to. Allison blames it on his busy law classes, but even she doesn't appear entirely convinced.

But as history dictates, they'll likely patch things up soon enough.

Meanwhile, Kaitlyn and I keep to ourselves, and I quietly sip our gin and tonic, not bothering to join the ongoing conversations which mostly revolve around tales from times when we might as well have been invisible.

Abruptly Mia raises her head from her phone and cuts through their conversation as she speaks, "Another girl has been reported missing from the Island. This time she was a student of RES." Her voice is pretty for a girl. She is sitting there in a black dress and high boots. Blue ribbons adorning her hair and holding them. Strands escape the ribbon holding her hair and framing her face. She is pretty, I must admit.

Mia points her phone towards the crowd, and Remi mutters in shock, "Her name is Hannah."

Lan's voice is heard as his nose snuggles into his girlfriend's blonde hair. "How do you know her?" displaying minimal concern unless it directly impacts his world.
