Chapter seven

After our delicious coffee, we walked down the street to some clothing store. "Pick whatever you want!" Phil proclaimed. "I'm not letting you spend a lot of money on me!" I exclaimed looking at him. "But i want to so, you will get whatever you want." He declared, pushing me to the junior section.

I looked and ended up getting some black leggings, some black skinny jeans, some jean shorts, and some shirts. "That's all you're getting?" Dan asked and I nodded. "I didn't really like anything else." I said. "Okay, we'll just have to go to another store then." Dan said while walking toward Phil.

After that store, we went to get a couple things for me (girly things >_<). Let me tell you, it was awkward walking into a store, buying pads with two men, then all the cashiers being men. Not to mention the fact that we got a lot of stares.

Then after all the awkwardness, we went to a place called Saffora. I had no idea it was a make up store until we walked in and all I could smell was smell of every lipstick. "Do you wear make up?" Phil asked as we entered. "Sometimes." I said. "Then get some. We have to get some for a video we're making." Phil said as he started walking toward the lipstick.

I walked toward all the eyeliner pencils and grabbed the darkest black they had. Then I walked over to the lipstick, where Phil was gone from, and looked. I ended up getting a pale purple one and a neon purple. What I would use the neon one for? I don't know.

I walked over to the powders to see Dan asking a store worker for her opinion on blushes. "Hi Dan." I said walking up to him. "Oh, who's this?" The lady asked, looking jealous. "This is my niece, Amanda." At that, she seemed to calm down. Why she would be jealous, I don't know. "Get the hot pink." I told him. I was getting a weird vibe from this lady.

He grabbed it and we walked over to Phil who was at the check out. "Oh, and this stuff." He said as we put it down on the counter. After Phil paid, we went to take on the subway again.
