A late cafe lunch turned into Blaise pissing up the side of a wall as the four of them waited in the queue outside Bartholomew's rather unceremoniously. And Draco couldn't quite keep himself from giggling and sputtering into the palm of his hand every time Pansy charmed more and more monstera leaves to sprout out from Blaise's pocket, where he'd tucked away the shrunken pot after foolishly lugging it around to two bars already.
"I said cover me!" he whined, forehead pressed to the very brick wall he was still attempting to piss on.
"You're covered," Theo scoffed as another giant leaf spiralled up and out of Blaise's pocket before draping over his shoulder.
"I didn't mean with the friggin' plant!"
"Be more specific next time then, mate," Theo drawled, leaning back against the wall beside Blaise, one foot flat against it as he rested with his hands in his pockets, before looking down and uttering a quiet little humming sound quickly stifled by a laugh.
Blaise crowded even closer to the wall as a large white flower burst out from his pocket. "I can't piss when you're looking!"
"Why not?" Theo hummed, "Please, don't stop on my account."
Draco could feel the gentle shuffle of the crowd creeping further around and past them, as people made their way towards the front doors, pointedly ignoring their little gaggle in favour of entering Bartholomew's sooner. As the third group slowly shuffled past them, Pansy banished away the spiralling tendrils of plant that had engulfed themselves around Blaise and clamped both of her hands down on his shoulders. She steered him abruptly away from the wall and reclaimed their spot in the slow-moving queue. "You've had your chance," she announced as he frantically righted his trousers, "Piss inside like a normal person, Zabini."
"I was desperate!" Blaise barked far too loudly for the crowd they were now travelling amongst.
"Not desperate enough to build up a respectable stream," Theo said, brushing quickly past Draco and dipping under Pansy's arms, inserting himself abruptly between the two. He spun, with an amused smirk over his face and he turned between them as they walked together for the briefest of steps. And then Pansy pulled her hands up in surrender, and fell back to Draco's side.
She slumped into him, and he felt her weight fall against him as they walked, and she snaked her arms around his waist. He let his own wrap over and around her shoulders, as they continued the slow shuffle towards the main doors.
Draco felt her breath scrape up against the underside of his chin as she whispered, "Fiver says tonight they both cave."
He scoffed, and laughed as he watched the pair in front of him squabble as they walked only a couple paces ahead of them. They passed between them the last dregs of a bottle of white wine they'd hastily decanted into a plastic water bottle an hour prior, passing it back and forth until all that remained were a few loose droplets. Theo screwed the lid back on, and with a sharp snap of his wrist threw the bottle up into the air above them, and as it somersaulted through the night sky, Blaise shot a spell, banishing the bottle with a loud crack and a joyous cackle.
"A fiver?" Draco hummed.
They approached the door, and stood straighter as the crowd between them and the bouncer thinned. Blaise adjusted his coat, somehow under the delusionary assumption that adjusting and fixing his clothes made him appear even a minuscule bit more sober than he actually was.
"Oh come on, you scared of losing a fiver?" Pansy scoffed quietly as they watched Theo and Blaise force dreadful small talk as they waited their turn to be let inside the doors.
"How's your evening going?"
"Lovely night, isn't it?"
"Any fun plans?" "
