Harry's POV

"They're late," Gellert complains.

We're waiting at the border, a bit earlier than the expected time. The Cullen's are in the unknown as we requested but in return, we must meet them tonight.

As the clock strikes 12, a pair of wolves comes out, flanking a teen boy who's pushing a man in a wheelchair. The boy seems to be the alpha and the man is the elder, I believe. They didn't seem to be hostile but on their toes in front of us.

"Good evening," Marvolo greeted. "My name is Marvolo. This is Harry, Gellert, Percy and Lucius. We also have Arthur and Sirius behind us. We wish to speak to you about the treaty. We have made a contract for it. There are certain terms and conditions that we included for us and yourselves.

You may inspect it and change anything that may seem important about it but keep in mind; once the treaty is signed, we cannot change it so easily. This contract is a dragon-clad contract and will be permanent until both parties agree to change or cancel it." Percy places the contract onto the table we've conjured beforehand.

The alpha and elder rolls up to the table, the wolves keeping themselves close to them. We then went into discussions for the contract. The conditions for us, which is:
_______________________________________

The wolves:

1. Are not allowed to attack without a reason and permission from the Alpha and Elders.

2. Cannot disturb any rituals that will be performed by the wizard's. If, it's someone else's, they are allowed to disturb, not attack immediately.

3. Cannot enter the wizard's land without permission. You will be immediately ejected out of the premises. (Trust me, it will happen)

4. Are not allowed to tell anyone outside of the pack about our magic and powers. If done so, the wizards are allowed to punish them for breaking the rules.

5. Are to tell us if there's any sign of magic in the area. We will handle it and will give you a helping hand if there's a need.

The wizards:

1. Are not allowed to attack without a reason and permission from the leaders (Harry, Gellert and Marvolo)

2. Are not allowed to tell anyone of the pack's secret.

3. Cannot enter La Push without permission.

4. Are not allowed to disturb any dispute from the wolves unless needed.

5. Are to help out with any disturbance that are caused by magic in La Push or Forks.

In return, we will help with any problems you may need. Physical, magically or environmentally.

"The part where you need permission to enter our place and us, vice versa," Billy says. "Can you allow us to enter your land, not your home, without permission and we will do the same?"

I look to Marvolo and Gellert, they nodded in agreement. "Alright then, let's do that." I waved my hand over the contract and it changed. Now, we're able to enter each other's territory without needing any permissions. After a few more minutes, they finally agreed to the terms and conditions.

I showed them the blood quill we will be using. They were a bit reluctant at first but agreed in the end. Marvolo, Gellert and I signed first. Only Billy had to sign as we need only one person for the whole Quillette Pack. Soon after, the contract burned and was returned with the approval of Lady Magic. I made a copy and hand it to Billy.

"Oh, and here's a little help as well. Brackium Emendom," I pulled out my wand, the Phoenix feathered one and cast the spell onto Billy's leg. Billy groans in pain and falls off of his wheelchair.

"What did you do?!" Sam pulls me up by the collar, the wolves flanking him. "Wait!" I turned his head back to Billy, who was standing up. Stunned, he lets go and stares at me in shock. "I was fixing his leg." I tell him of the spell and that i did that without saying anything to show them what we could do to help out.

Billy, baffled by this predicament, tries to walk and succeeded without any struggle. His eyes watered and he pulled me into a hug, muttering "Thank you" over and over again. "It's nothing. I've heard about how much you contributed to the pack and I felt bad for what happened to you. I can't bring back your wife but I can give you this.

Consider it as thanks for not picking a fight with us." we ended the night with goodbye's and apparate back home to rest. Damn, I still have school tomorrow. Can I skip it?
