"Oh, I forgot to tell you,"

I mentioned as Kira and I walked to class. "I adopted a cat." She looked at me with a dropped jaw. "Uh-wha?" She stuttered. "When were you going to tell me this?!" She asked, quickly coming to my side. I hummed, looking away, "Now?"

"When did this even happen?" "On my date with Tamaki." I opened the classroom door, seeing only a couple of students. "What-" She said at a loss for words. "I'm picking him up today," I added. "Well this is just great," she said snarlingly.

"You'll love him," I gave her a smile, seeing her not give in. "Love ya," I made a heart with my fingers and she rolled her eyes, sitting at her desk.

We talked some more about the cat as more people poured into the classroom.

Expecting to see Tamaki as Nejire and Mirio walked in, I inconspicuously raised my brow not seeing him enter the classroom. He wasn't here; which is odd considering Tamaki is a puntual person and often, never misses a day of school.

I reached for my phone that was in my tote bag, but was cut short upon the teacher arriving and starting class on time for once. I sighed as I turned my attention towards the front of the classroom—I was sure to remember to text Tamaki after class, I just hoped he was alright.

The bell had rang and class was over and everyone poured out of the class room. "I'll see you at lunch!" Kira said as we parted ways.

And just as I barely exited the classroom, I collided with someone, causing my books to fall to the ground. "Sorry," we said simultaneously . We the. bumped heads at the same time as both of us dropped down to the ground to pick up the materials.

I rubbed my forehead, looking up to see who it was that kept giving me the worst of luck. I didn't know who he was but he seemed plain and irrelevant to be honest.

"I-um, sorry. I wasn't paying attention," He flashed me a small smile as he picked up the books he had knocked out of my hands. "You're good," I hummed in response, feeling a little annoyed.

We both stood up and he handed me my belongings, smiling like a weirdo. I uncomfortably smiled back. "Is there anyway I could repay you for this inconvenience?" He asked. "Yeah, by watching where you're going," I awkwardly chuckled.

Looking to the side, I saw Tamaki stand frozen in place, with an emotional yet, unreadable expression that was bugging me.

He looked like he just rolled out of bed, which I was sure was the case judging by his disheveled hair, partially unbuttoned shirt, loose tie, and his school blazer in his hand. Not to mention the red eyes that I was very concerned about.
