Hailey walked over rejoins us and I couldn't help but laugh when I seen her. "Oh look at her. She high as hell," I said as she lifted her sunglasses cheesing hard as hell. "Yall im not high. Well I am. I'm high on lifeeee," she said as she held her arms out. "Lord bless this poor white girl," I said making us all laugh. I felt someone wrap their arms around my neck causing me to panic. I quickly turned around and relaxed when I saw a familiar face. "Boy you scared the hell out of me. Announce yall selves next time," I said as I gave him a hug. He smiled showing all 32. "My bad mama. What yall sippin on?" He asked looking into my cup. "Don Julio reposado. Want some?" I asked as he nodded. I went to grab the bottle from Nees, but he grabbed my cup chugging the rest of mine. "Hey!" I whined as she chuckled. "You'll be alright Reese-cup," he said as I playfully rolled my eyes, pouring some more into my cup. "Hey, can you pass me the pineapple juice?" I said to Flau as she smirked at me. She passed it to me and quickly glanced at Jelo, letting me know that that was why she was smirking. "Aht Aht!" I warned as she chuckled. Jelo said something to one of his teammates as he draped his arm in my shoulder. "Say, you not gone introduce me to your friends reesey?" He mumbled in my ear sending chills down my back I laughed a little before nodding. "Yall this is Jelo, he's on the men's team. Jelo, you know Flau and Nees. This is Hailey, Poa, MK, Nae and Mani," I said as he nodded smiling. "Nice to meet yall ladies. This my homeboys, Meechie, Josey, Trace, and Jordan," he said as I waved. We all began to chill and vibe. I spotted a flash and looked over seeing Flau recording herself rapping sexyy red. "You know I'm the shit, you know I'm the shit!" I rapped with her as she pointed the camera on me. I grabbed my phone out my back pocket, and began to record myself before seeing Jelo lean into my camera thing up the number 1. "Boy bye," I said mushing him Playfully. I posted it on my story and tagged him in it.

"Jelo, take my pictures?" I asked looking up at him. He licked his lips and nodded holding his hand out for my phone. I step back and posed as he snapped away. I looked over them and he took some real good ones. "Oh these ate bookieeee. You finna be my personal photographer. I said as he laughed. "Anything for you mama," he said making me smile, feeling all tingly inside.

I smiled thanking him before laying my head back on the pillow as I watched the game. The ravens were balling and he kept saying things to me, distracting me from the game. After the party I was so buzzed I decided to just go home since everyone else was going tit he after party. Jelani ended up driving me back to the apartment since he only had one shot and everyone else was fucked up. He laughed at me making me pout. "What?" I questioned as he shook his head. "You buzzed for real for real. Say, your phone ringing ma'," he said bringing it to my attention. I answered the FaceTime call as A's face popped up. "Hey A wassup?" I said when it connected. "Hey baby. How's your day going?" She asked as she drive somewhere. "Good. I'm not gone lie I'm fucked up right now A so please don't say nothing important," I said making her and Jelo laugh. "Who you with? Better not be who the hell I think it is?" She questioned hearing the manly laugh, I'm assuming. "Girl I told you I'm not with him. You should know me better than that. I'm with my boy Jelo," I said as he chuckled. She raised her eyebrow making me turn the camera around. She nodded realizing who he was. "Oh okay, hey Jelo," she said as he gave a small nod before he realized who she was. "Oh shit wait. That's A'ja Wilson? What the hell?" He said as I laughed. "You know A'ja Wilson? How?" He said confused. "That's my basically adopted sister," I said as he nodded. "Aye that's cool as shit," A walked away from the phone and suddenly I saw a man walk by. I gasped dramatically making Jelo look at me worriedly. "A'ja Riyadh! I called out as she came back into frame looking at me like I was crazy. "Girl what?" "Who is dat man harpo?"i questioned as she giggled. "Bye Angel I'll call you tomorrow," she said before quickly hanging up. "Sneaky bitch," I mumbled before pulling my throw blanket over myself more. He laughed before standing up, stretching. "Alright I'm finna get outta hear and head home. You sure you good mama?" He asked as he looked to me. I looked up and nodded. "Yeah I'm gonna go shower and go to sleep in a minute. Drive safe, and call me when you make it home," I demanded as he nodded. "For sure. Come gimme a hug and lock this door," he said as I groaned not wanting to get out of bed. I obliged anyways, following him to the door, pulling my robe a little tighter. Tiago came running when he heard the door open, causing me to scoop him up. "Bye Tiago. Go to bed," I said turning him the other way. Jelo laughed before pulling me into a hug. I sighed as I smelt his cologne engulf my nostrils. "I had fun with you today ma'. Get some rest, I need you at a hundred percent on the court tomorrow," he said softly as I nodded. "I know. Can I tell you something?" I said suddenly feeling the need to let someone know this. "Anything," "I almost was done. Like for good. She made me want to quit," I mumbled feeling myself get emotional. He reached up and help my face. "You love basketball Angel. Don't let her take the joy away from what you love doing. I get it she's your coach, but sometimes you gotta just let it roll of and stay calm through the noise," he said as I nodded wiping a stray tear. "I know I'm trying," I said as he nodded, pressing a kiss into the top of my head. "That's all I ask. You got this superstar. It'll all be worth it when your playing in the W next year and I get to sit front row in your jersey," he said as I smiled. "Thanks Jelo. I really appreciate you," I said as she smiled. "Any time Ang. Gone ahead and get some rest. I'll see you tomorrow," he said before actually leaving this time. The whole night I felt myself replaying out conversation over and over again. I was really starting to fall for him...fuck.
