Jimin got out of the shower and looked in y/n's sleeping figure.

I can't be in love with her right? There is no way...

"Then why? Why does it hurts to watch you be with him?" He whispered while getting her hair strand out of the way.

It must be about the fact that it was eunwoo. Not anything else.

He convinced himself, atleast that was what he thought.

It was a weird feeling for him. He just... he just couldn't help but think about her. At the start of his days till the middle of nights, his thoughts would always surround her. She was the start and end of everything for him. And no matter how hard he tried, he just could not get her out of his head.

I was very groggy and tired the next morning. Nothing felt good. Usually after having sex with y/n, the world would feel like the best place possible. As if I was living in the heaven.

But now she was also the reason why I couldn't focus. My emotions were churning and were all here and there. I have never felt like this for her before. I've had sex with her but it didn't left with this...this odd feeling.

"I'm going fucking insane." I sigh and rest my head against my palm.

"Did I just hear the word 'fucking' from the pure virgin?" Taehyung spoke from the top of the stairs.

Here we go. More trouble on my plate.

"Did you say that word? Oh my god, am I allowed to cuss? Can I say a bad word? Pretty please?" I practically started shaking me in my place.

"Will you stop if I do allow you?" I ask to which he nodded like crazy.

"Fine do-"

"Dick!" He shouts with a huge smile on his face which makes me chuckle.

"Taehyung, are you okay? Cause you sounded like you were holding back that word for ages."

"I was! You never let me say bad words by going on about how we're priests and we got a reputation to maintain." He sulked.

"That is true but... how about you curse when we're alone. But only at home. Not in public."

"Oh my good Jesus! Really?!" He says giving me a wide smile to which I simply nodded my head.

"Did you hit your head somewhere?" He chuckles sitting next to me now.

"No. I'm just being normal. There's no point in locking our lives after all." I shrug. But that was the truth.

If someone told me that I said this thing a few months back I wouldn't believe, but things have changed now. A lot has changed. My thoughts, perspective of things, behaviour. The entire trajectory has changed ever since...

"This feels good you know? To see you like this." He said patting my back catching my attention. "You seem just like we were in childhood. Without the pressure of this." He had this content small smile which I returned gladly.

"Yeah... it feels good." I mumble.

We spend the morning acting like normal youths. There was not a single time either of us felt like we were bound to any sort of responsibility our father left us with.

"Oh isn't it bible reading day tomorrow?" Taehyung asked during lunch.

"Yeah. Why?"

"Did you tell y/n? She will come right?" He asked casually which made me pause. It's literally afternoon now and not once she came here. Usually she would come to meet us in the morning but today she didn't.

Did she woke up? Or was I rough with her to point that she hasn't woken up yet? Is she even okay? I did tucked her into the bed pretty fine but-

"What are you thinking so hard about? If you haven't then I'll just go and visit her."

"No!" My reaction got out of my hands. "Uh... I meant that I'll tell her. Don't worry."

Just when I said that a knock was heard in our back door. "It's me guys!" Y/n's voice chirped which immediately got me on my feet.

I opened the door to see her just normal. A scarf was tied around her neck, more like in style but only I knew why it was done so.

"Why are you so late?" There was concern in my eyes.

"I woke up a bit late. Did you guys already had lunch?" She says making her way inside the house.

I sighed internally wondering if I fucked up or not. She doesn't seem mad but she doesn't seems playful either.

On any other morning after she's playful but not today. Maybe I did mess up...

She and taehyung spend time like any other day. Talking out random things and laughing out loud while I just simply listened to them.

"Ah y/n have dinner with us." I say after a while.

"Yeah y/n." Taehyung insisted to which y/n would never refuse.

"Okay. I'll help you both to make dinner." She said getting up as it really was the time to start the preparation.

"Let's have some soup and some baked dish by y/n!" Taehyung said putting his arm around y/n's shoulder.

"Alright." She chuckled back to him.

"Ah but we don't have tomatoes so taehyung, go bring some." I said taking the opportunity.

"What?! Why me? Can't you go my dear older brother?" His puppy eyes and pout was there which would have melted me any other day but not today. I needed to talk to y/n.

"No."

Rolling his eyes, taehyung did leave. Now it was me and y/n. Just me and her.

She was focused on cooking so I sneaked up behind her. Putting my hands on the either sides of her.

"Huh? What happened jimin?" She asks turning around.

And I blame her scent. Her eyes. Her warmth. Her. It was her fault that now my head was resting in the crook of her neck.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled with guilt to which she... she reacted by playing with my hair.

Why is this woman always doing this to me?!

"For what?" She asks while chuckling. I immediately looked up in her eyes with confusion.

"I... I left you immediately last night. It was wrong of me-"

"Jimin, it's fine." She says so calmly and softly but it wasn't okay with me.

"You left after that was alright." Her hands caress my cheeks. "It's not like we have any sort of relationship so that's fine."

She pecks my lips which usually would have felt heavenly but it was poison to me right now. A bitter taste that I didn't wanted to taste.

We don't have that sort of relationship.
