As Izuku stirred awake from the vivid yet elusive dream that had haunted him repeatedly this week, he couldn't shake off the lingering details that etched in his mind. The dream seemed like a recurring loop, with Bakugo and him at its core—but no, they were different versions, eerily similar to the first and second users of One For All. Their resemblance was uncanny, yet perplexing. Why was he dreaming of them? Why did the second user remind him of Bakugo? His attempts to address this in the ethereal realm of One For were all met with evasion and deflection. Both users seemed to hold crucial knowledge that Izuku sought desperately, yet they adamantly sidestepped any direct inquiry, steering conversations away from this certain topic. What were they hiding and why? Determined to unravel this mystery, Izuku resolved to confront the first and second users again. It was 5:30 am as he checked his alarm. Despite the early hour, he'd decided to prepare for the day ahead, intending to seize the opportunity later to press the secretive and elusive users for some substantial answers and a clear explanation. Today, he would find out the whole truth—no evasion this time, and absolutely no diversion would impede his quest for the truth he'll definitely get his answers today. As the sun ascended into the sky, Izuku propelled himself through the day's routine, his thoughts consumed by the enigmatic dreams and his unwavering determination to extract the truth. Despite his efforts to focus during classes and training sessions, the relentless questions nagged at his consciousness. By the time afternoon approached, Izuku found himself seated at his desk, mind spinning with theories and uncertainties. He couldn't shake the feeling of urgency, the need to confide in someone. Someone who, albeit difficult, might understand the gravity of these dreams. In a bold move, he sought out Bakugo, his childhood friend, who he called "Kacchan," and pulled him aside after their training session. "Ok nerd what do you want, you've been zoning out throughout the whole day, and you weren't paying attention in class or training" Bakugo says looking genuinely concerned, quickly though Bakugo changes his expression to his normal angry looking one and add to his sentence "Well not that I care it's just I wanna beat your ass in training when your trying your hardest that's all." "I'm not worried about you at all I couldn't care less about what happens to you" He mutters under his breath. Izuku gives off a small and soft smile before changing the subject, and so with a hesitant yet determined voice, Izuku divulged the intricate details of his recurring dreams, their uncanny resemblance to the users of One For All, and the frustrating lack of answers from the spectral realm. Initially taken aback by Izuku's revelation, Bakugo's expression shifted from surprise to a mix of confusion and recognition. "Damn nerd, those dreams..." he started, his tone slightly less brash than usual. "I've been having the same damn dreams, Deku. The same people, the same scenarios." Izuku's eyes widened in disbelief. "You have? But... why?" Bakugo ran a hand through his hair, frustration evident in his expression. "I don't know, Deku. They're haunting, just like you said. It's like a distorted reflection of us and those users. I thought it was just my messed-up mind!"
The realization hit Izuku like a jolt. "So, it's not just me... There's something more to this."
Bakugo nodded, a rare sign of vulnerability in his demeanor. "Yeah, and we need to figure it out." Their resolve solidified as they exchanged details, comparing notes about every nuance of their dreams, searching for any possible connections or clues. The evening sun dipped below the horizon, leaving them entrenched in a pact—together, they would uncover the truth behind these mystifying dreams that seemed to intertwine their fates with the legacy of One For All and the two mysterious users...
