Its the middle of the night, 4am. Taylor can't sleep. She looks at Travis peacefully sleeping. They have been dating for 8 months now. She doesn't want to ruin this perfect, healthy relationship with him. He's such a gentleman. The first gentleman she has ever dated. He's perfect, they're meant to be.
"what are you thinkin'?" Travis suddenly says and kinda startled Taylor
"I thought you were sleeping" Taylor replied. "yeah, but you movin' around the bed made me awake." He says. Taylor sighs, "do you have something you want to say? Theres a reason you're up at this hour" he adds. "no, just some..random thoughts..its kinda stupid" Taylor giggles quietly. "your thoughts are not stupid, in my opinion. But can i ask what's it about?" the gentleman asks. "i just...do you ever..think about..leaving me?" Taylor answers.
"No baby, of course not, what made you think that?" travis says.
"I dunno..just some contemplation.." she says. "Taylor..just know that i will never ever leave you. I will always stay with you. I'm not like the other guys you dated okay? its also okay to think that, you know im not the type of person to judge" he replied. "Thank you..for..comforting me..i love you.." Taylor says. "love you too..now wanna go back to sleep? i'm almost about to pass out" he yawns and continues "Just know that you could always tell me what's on your mind..I will always support you."
"mhm" Taylor mumbles sleepily
They drift off to sleep tangled into each other's arms.
