(Short chapter this time because I need to get to the actual storyline)
The next day I woke up, and I put some snacks onto the table for when An came over. Around five minutes later, An came in.
"What's up?" She asked. "Nothing much," I replied. "So I brought the uno cards!" An said, sitting down on the couch, "Oh, thanks." I replied. I sat down on the couch next to her and put the card deck on the table. We both drew 8 cards. In the middle of the game I had one card left. Then, An hit me with a +2! "Dude!" I sighed. Luckily, I had a +2 card too, so I placed that down. An smiled mischievously at me then put down a +4. I gasped very loudly. "I hate you.." I sighed as I drew 8 (sorry if it's wrong I'm bad at math) more cards. After that I put down one card. Then An hit me with another plus 4. She only had one card left. After that, she eventually won and we finished the game.
"You had it! But luckily I had a bunch of those cards," An laughed. "I swear, next time I'm definitely winning!" I smiled. "Anyways I've gotta go help out at my dad's cafe, see you." An waved and headed out the door.
A few hours later I was just sitting in my bed, watching tiktoks as usual when someone texted me, it was Toya.
T: Hey Akito
A: What's up
T: nothing much
A: same here
T: so I have something I want to ask you okay
A: yeah sure
T: So I think I'm going to ask out Kohane tomorrow
A: TOMMOROW??
T: Yeah
A: When??
T: After our gig
A: Alr she'll 100% say yes
T: yeah I hope so
A: anyways see you
T: See you
I turned off my phone and went to bed.
