'Mia you can sit in the front"

"Ok guys let's go." Jere says picking up the car keys and kissing Susannah on her cheek and hugging Aunt Laurel.

Everyone follows him.

I hug Susannah and Aunt Laurel and blow them a kiss goodbye as i walk out of the door.

We start walking to the car and Jere says, "Mia you can sit in the front."

"Erm. Ok." I nervously laugh not knowing what to say.

"But i normally go in the front." Steven says whining like a child

Jere rolls his eyes and ignores him.

I get into the massive red car and clip my seatbelt on.

Jere looks at me and stares at my lips then quickly looks away.

"Every got there seatbelts on." Jere says before he starts driving.

"Yesss." everyone groans including me.

He starts the car and we start driving.

The whole time I feel nervous. I don't know what it was. Was it Jere?

No way it couldn't be Jere.

I rest my elbow on the car door and put my head in my hands.

I can't stop thinking about Jere and it's driving me insane.

All i can hear is Belly and Steven arguing in the back and Conrad groaning at them to stop.

I look at Jeramiah and he looks back at me.

I break the eye contact and look back forward.

He does the same keeping his eyes on the road.

3 mins later...

"We're here." Jere says unclipping his seatbelt and stopping the car.

"Yay! Come on Mia, Cams here and i need to introduce you to him." Belly says unclipping her seatbelt and trying to get steven out the car because she was sat in the middle and couldn't get out.

"Not Cam Cam."Jere says as he clenches his jaw and gets out the car.

I get out of the car and meet Belly outside of it.

"What the hell was Jere's problem." I whisper to Belly making sure that Jere doesn't hear me.

Belly rolls her eyes and says, "I think that Jere might have a little crush and he was getting a bit jealous that i was going to introduce you to Cam."

I look confused and Belly laughs. "Come on let's go Mia." Belly laughs as she grabs my hand and rushes me over to the bonfire on the beach.

We walk for a bit then we finally approach a boy. " Mia this is Cam. I met him at the Washington Latin Convention." Belly says introducing me to Cam.

I smile at him and say, "Hey i'm Mia."

Cam was cute he had brunette curly hair, tanned skin and brown eyes with a couple freckles.

"Hey Mia." Cam says as he pulls my in for a gentle hug.

We all sit down on the sand for a bit and talk.

Me and Belly where laughing to whole time.

"Hey Bells i'm going to go get a drink." I say to Belly standing up.

"Oh ok. I'll come with you." She says starting to get up.

"Oh no it's fine i've got it." I say as Belly sits back down.

"Ok be careful Mi-Mi." Belly says then blows me a kiss.

I smile and walk of.

As i'm walking a boy approaches me and says to me,"Hey i'm JJ."

I look at him and smile. "Im Mia." I say as he hands me a drink.

I see out of the corner of my eye Jere staring at me while a girl is talking to him.

"Thanks for the drink." I say moving my eyes away from Jere.
