She'd been warned ahead of time.
She'd seen it happen to Biggie, and Cooper.
So she really shouldn't of been surprised when Branch decided to attach himself to her.
But she did nearly scream, not that she would admit that.
But anyway, right now she was working on a new song with Branch clinging to her leg. (You know how someone will sit on someone's foot and koala their arms and legs around the person's leg? Like how Agnes was with Gru? This is that situation with Branch as Agnes and DJ as Gru!)
She was writing a song with one hand and gently running her fingers through his hair with the other.
Her lyrics and beats were coming to her a lot easier then they normally would.
She was also a lot more calm then normal.
It gave her the thought that Branch was the thing keeping her calm and helping her write her song.
It made sense, he was the only change she had made to literally everything else.
She started how she normally would, but then Branch showed up, clinging to her leg.
She, at first, wanted to tell him no, she didn't wanna yell at him.
But then she heard a tap on her window and saw Poppy and Creek standing there.
Poppy had a creepy smile while Creek dragged a finger across his neck.
She wasn't afraid to admit that she was terrified, and that's why she allowed Branch to stay.
After a few more minutes, she finished her song and started another one, she loves to write songs despite how frustrated they make her.
But Branch was being a sweet angel and unintentionally helping her with her songs!
She was eternally grateful.
After finishing the sixth one that day, she noticed Branch had disappeared.
But he'd left his calming aura..
She chuckled to herself, "He sure is a special little guy.." she mumbled softly.
