Yashodhara opened her eyes to the magical music of the flute that she has spent her entire girlhood listening to.

She took a deep breath and sighed as she closed her eyes once again, her other hand placed gently over his shoulder. And then the music suddenly stopped causing her to open her eyes once again.

Vishnupriya lifted her head from his shoulder and looked at him. "Why did you stop, Kanha?" she asked as Krishna put down his flute. "Aren't you supposed to fill the pots from Yamuna around this time?" he asked raising his eyebrow.

"Is this an indirect way of telling me that you don't want me to stay here, sakha?" Vishnupriya raised her eyebrow as well making him chuckle. "Not at all, priya sakhi. When you are not with me all that clouds my mind are the thoughts of you. The emptiness that comes when you are gone is the most painful and unbearable thing in the world to me." he answered smiling making Vishnupriya smile as well.

"I was just wondering if you got bored just sitting here all day long besides me doing nothing, knowing that your chanchala nature always makes you want to move around." Krishna said. "Oh Krishn!" she shook hear head resting her chin on his shoulder. "You could do absolutely nothing and I could spend my whole life just watching you." she said dreamily taking in his beautiful features.

"But if you want me to go away then that's a whole different story. Since you want me to go, I'll get going then." Vishnupriya said getting off of the huge overgrown above ground root of the biggest and oldest tree in the center of Vrindavan, which had witnessed all of their prem-leelas and prasang since the very beginning.

"Arey, Gauri." Gopala got off as well and quickly rushed towards the beautiful maiden. "Stop, stop. Where as you going?" he said catching her by her wrist and pulling her towards him.

"Back home since you have grown rather tired of my company." she answered making him chuckle as shake his head. "You tend to misunderstand me alot, my dearest. I just expressed how troubled I am when I am away from you for even a second and how the separation from you is the most painful to me, yet you are leaving me just like this." he said tucking a strand of her hair behind her ears.

"Do you perhaps maybe enjoy giving me pain and making me suffer? Do you gain some kind of satisfaction from it? Hmm?" he questioned placing his hand under her chain.

Vishnupriya's eyes widened at his words. "Nah Shyam, aisa mat bolo. Mere lie aapase aur aapakee khushee se zyada mahatvapoorn aur kya ho sakta hain?" she said.

"Hmmm. At this point I think you knowingly tend to misunderstand my words and walk away so that I can run behind you all day trying to pacify you." Keshav said pinching her chin lovingly making her laugh.

"Do you still plan to walk away and part ways with me?" he asked raising his eyebrow. "I can never part myself away from you, Mohan. Just like how the waves cannot separate itself from the ocean and how a shadow can never leave the body. Just like that how can Vishnupriya ever leave you?" she answered, her eyes never tearing away from her Shyam.

"Wherever Krishn is, Vishnupriya follows as well." she said closing her eyes and resting her head on his chest. She could hear him chuckling as she felt warmness envelope her as he embraced her back.

After a moment of silence, "Do you still plan to leave?" he asked making her open her eyes and look up at him. She just quietly shook her head as no making him grin.

"Come then, my dearest. Don't keep me waiting." Keshav said pulling her back to their usual spot. He gently held her as if afraid that she was a fragile piece of art and he would break her somehow if he wasn't careful. He lifted her up and placed her on the top then proceeded to get on the root himself as well.
