Stuck Inside: A Wings of Fire Fan Story

Prologue

NOTE: This is my very first story that I'm writing. My friend is also helping me write behind the scenes. There will be a lot of spelling mistakes, and my writing isn't the best. I will improve in future chapters but this is the prologue. If you guys have any tips for writing better please let me know. My writing will get better and chapters will be longer int he future. Anyways I hope you enjoy!

It has been 5 days since the incident. Everyone was still scared. Dragons were getting picked up and the school's number of students were slowly going down. Sunny was looking over at how many students were still left. It was the weekend so everyone was home with their families.There were 27 students left attending the school. There were originally 36 but after what happened last week the numbers went down. Are they going to keep going down? Sunny thought.

She knew there were bound to be problems when they arranged the winglets but she didn't think that it would happen so fast. She walked down the hallways at jade mountain until she was at the library. She wanted to talk to Starflight about this whole situation.

She found the blind librarian organizing some scrolls. His head turned around as he heard Sunny walk in.

"Hi Starflight," Sunny said cheerfully. "Hello!" Starflight said in return. He quickly stopped what he was doing and walked over to Sunny.

"Did you want to talk to me about anything?" Starflight asked.

"Yes, How do you deal with the fact that so many of our students are leaving?" Sunny asked as she wanted to know how Starflight coped with the idea of so many students leaving the school.

"I tend to not worry about it too much. After all, we can't really control who chooses to go home and who chooses to stay." Starflight said. Sunny's face dropped a little.

"Yeah. Guess I'm just nervous that everyone will leave and then the school will be forced to get shut down." she said.

"Well we will make this work. We will try hard to make this school the safest place in Phyrria" Starflight said with a smile, hoping to cheer her up.

"Yes! Okay I'm going to check and see how Tsunami's doing right now, see you  later!" Sunny yelled as she was walking out of the library.

As she was walking to Tsunami's office, she heard a loud crash sound. What was that? Sunny thought. She ran towards the great haul of jade mountain only to find a sight she didn't think she would ever see......
