Before I know it I am sitting in a large black pick up truck in between Trevor and Phil.

Trevor starts up the engine and pulls off of the dirt road leading out of my uncle's drive.

What made me think moving into a town called Charming was a good Idea?

I should have stayed my ass in Georgia.

Stupid stupid stupid...

I look at the dark road ahead and I can barely see where we are going. "Where are y'all taking me?" My voice is calm and steady. I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared shitless right now, but I'm not going to let them know that.

"You'll see." Trevor keeps his attention back to the road.

I huff and tighten my robe against my body.

I have been in this town for three months. Charming is gorgeous from its large rolling hills to its flat lands that can go on for forever. Many of the houses I have seen here have livestock like my uncles horses and cattle being the most popular.

Here neighbors don't sit on top of each other, every house is far from the next and it takes forty five minutes to get to town. I have been to town a couple of times to do grocery runs and to get my uncle's prescriptions.

The people here are nice and helpful, I haven't had any problems with them until today. Are they even from this town? What if they are taking me to another town or even another state? This is my first time seeing bikers around these parts.

"Where are you guys from?" I try to come off casual and friendly.

Philip looks at me and smiles. "Nice try, little girl." He ruffs up my hair and winks at me. Philip is an old man. He has a long gray beard and hair that flows down his back.

"I wasn't trying anything. Just trying to get to know you guys." I shrug and smile back at Phil who ignores me and looks out of his window. "I'm not from here, I just moved here a few months ago."

I wrap my arms around my body and slouch into my seat. "I actually was coming to like it here before you guys kidnapped me."

"Hey, no one kidnapped you. You came willingly to pay off your uncle's debt." Trevor tries to remind me.

"Yeah either be your pawn or die...sounds like I'm pretty willing." I retorted. My satire is on point. I guess I haven't lost it.

They ignore me.

Fine, I try to keep track of where we are going. We have already been in the car for a good hour now. I haven't seen any signs that say we have left the town so I think we are still in Charming.

In total I think it takes an hour and a half for us to get to our destination. It looks like an old ware house connected to a car auto body shop. Bikes are lined up outside. I remember us passing the town about thirty minutes ago.

Trevor gets out of the truck first, then he lifts me out. The word Outlaws is written on the door of the building in black and white. Trevor escorts me inside. My first impression is that it looks like a bar. A huge open area with booths and tables laid out to sit at.

The air smells of tobacco and beer. A light dust of peanut shells cover the floor. The ambience is dim. This place is exactly what I would imagine a Motorcycle clubhouse to look like.

I don't get a lot of time to look around too much because Trevor is escorting me to the back. I take in as much as I can before being sat inside of an office.

"Stay here and don't move. I'll be back." Trevor leaves the room and closes the door behind him. I immediately leap out of my seat and take a good look around the room.
