CHAPTER-7

As per requirement, the first performance had two segments; they will perform in a unit formed randomly by the organizer and by a solo performance, with the total value from both performances evaluation will then decide who will leave and who will stay.

"We can only help you guys prepare for your solo performance, after that, you guys will be on your own, you understand it right?" Cha-PD told them looking at First and Hyungsoo, seriously reminding them. 

At that, they just continuously nodded their head indicating they heard and understood it clearly. 

"From what we have got till now, the first episode should be of solo performances even though the unit performance and solo performance will be evaluated together for results from round 1. Every one of you will move into the show's dorm one week from now on, but before that, you'll have individual shoots for trainee profiles. So, that is it for now, do you have anything to ask? "

Both shook their head synchronizing with each other perfectly.

"You guys have good teamwork ah..." Some staff just said very bluntly.

"Oh right! You guys have a profile shoot the day after tomorrow, I will take you to the studio so be ready, okay?" Cha-PD was specially assigned with trainee-related work, so it naturally fell on her responsibility to arrange their preparation for the show too. As her eyes landed on both of them with a look that meant 'answer me quick', they both just awkwardly nodded indicating that they had understood.

"Good, you guys can go then." They were shooed away from there hastily.

While walking back to the the dorm, both were in deep contemplation, the company said they would help them with the preparation of the solo part but the decision-making for song and themes was clearly on themselves. 

"Hyung, do you have any song in mind to prepare?" First asked Hyungsoo pulling him back from his trance.

"Oh no not still, I am still thinking."

"You have already considered it?"

First shook his head helplessly, "No hyung, what type of performance should we even prepare?"

"Don't go with that direction, first choose a song then focus on perfecting the chores with stable vocals."

"I see, I will do that." 

Later that evening, both First and Hyungsoo submitted the songs they had selected for their solo stage. Their vocal training had already started that very day.
