Mangle's POV
I restarted my servers once my clock flashed 9 A.M. and I saw Spring's head laying on the couch, and I let out a metallic screech. His eyes snapped open and looked at me with confusion.
"What's wrong?" He asked me.
"Y-your....." I stammered.
"Decapitated? Yeah, don't worry." He told me from across the room. He shut his eyes again and I finally looked around the rest of the room. Julie and Candy were nowhere to be seen. Same with our bodies. And my parrot. I stayed there awake until I heard the back door open. I looked up and saw a parrot staring back at me. I screeched again. This time, I heard Spring screech in response at the robotic parrot staring into my face.
"WHAT IS THAT?" I heard Spring yell.
"It's Jack Sparrow, Mangle's parrot." Julie said, picking me up off of the desk. I saw Candy pick up Spring from off the couch.
"And, we upgraded both of the endoskeletons so that now they are waterproof! And Mangle's body is done." Candy told us both.
"But why do we need to be waterproof?" Spring asked.
"Because when little cousins and nieces and nephews come, they could spill drinks on you and I don't want any electrocuted kids." Julie answered. They took us out into a building in the backyard with 'Jack Sparrow' gliding behind. Candy opened the door and turned on a light switch on. 2 completed animatronic bodies were slouching, one a fox and the other, a bunny. Spring's design looked no different while mine looked like how it was supposed to be. I couldn't move my eyes off of my no longer mangled self. Julie walked over to my body and looked at me with amusement.
" I need to shut you down while I attach your head. Can you do that?" Julie asked me. I nodded and shut down.
TIME SKIP~
I was switched back on, not by myself but by something else. I expected to be on Julie's desk, but I wasn't. I was somewhere much higher. I looked up and saw Spring looking at me with amusement.
"Not used to it, are you?" He asked me.
"What do you mean?"
"You're not a head anymore." He told me. He grabbed an arm and put it in front of my face. I traced it back into a body, MY body. I took my arm back from him and looked it over, moving it in countless places.
"Bawk! Mangle's awake! Mangle's awake! Bawk!" Sparrow shouted in my ear. I turned and glared at him.
"I know. You don't have to announce it." I heard Julie say, walking out from behind me. I was only an inch taller than her now, much shorter than Spring though. I looked down at my hands, well, hand. One was only a little stub of a bit of endoskeleton. I looked at Julie in confusion.
"That's where your hook goes. I won't attach it until you get used to being in one piece." She told me. I nodded and looked down at my feet, trying to take a step. I stumbled forward, not really used to walking normally yet. Spring grabbed my shoulder and balanced me again before letting go.
"It's hard to get used to it, but once you do, it's as easy as saying, 'Fredbear'." Julie looked at Spring in confusion.
"Who's Fredbear?" She asked him, walking up to him.
"Another animatronic that I entertained with a long time ago," He quickly explained, obviously regretting his decision to say that name. That only made me wonder more of why he wanted to hide a subject, after being so open to everyone. "Try to walk again." He told me again quickly, avoiding Julie's suspicious glare. I looked forward again, and this time making a smaller step, deciding to take smaller steps before walking normally again. This time I didn't stumble as bad, so I tried taking tiny steps to the door. Once I got there, I tried using my good hand to open the door, having a little difficulty, but finally opening the door after a few minutes of moving fingers around. I walked outside, the others following. I stood up straighter, and started taking larger steps walking around the green carpet. Or that's what I thought it was. I looked over to see Julie standing in a doorway holding it open.
"You comin' or not?" She asked me. I quickly walked over to her and walked inside, where I could only see a few things before, I could now look and walk around the space where I was taken.
"Mangle, you learned a whole lot faster then this other metal-head over here!" Candy said poking Spring's face. "He face-palmed the ground the first time he walked!" She said, with me almost laughing at the thought of the calm-and-steady-Spring falling down face-first.
"Hey! I wasn't used to it," He told her with annoyance. "Like your legs never fell asleep, it's basically the same feeling." He said, poking Candy back. I looked at Spring again, this time wondering how he would know how something felt that only humans could feel. I could tell that Julie was wondering the same thing because she gave him the same look.
"You seem to be pretty mysterious today." Julie told Spring. "Y'know, one of the reasons I rebuilt you was to find out the secrets of Fazbear Entertainment!" she told him, crossing her arms.
"Errrrr," Was Spring's only reply. I looked at him with curiousity. Marionette acted the same way when we asked it (I'm saying it because I'm not sure if Marionette is a guy or girl) about what happened before we were built. The only thing that it told us toys was that there was a location before the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. But it never told us anything else, just avoided the subject completely, or just plain ignored us. I crossed my arms as well.
"Well? Marionette wouldn't tell us anything, so maybe you will spill the beans!" I commanded. They only looked at me strangely. "The puppet." They look like they understood and put their attention back at Spring.
"Well, there was 4 total locations, Fredbear's Family Diner, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, Fazbear's Fright, and the current location. At the first location, there was me, a golden bear, a balloon kid, and the puppet. We were great at entertaining the children until, well," His voice drifted away after saying that, and had an expression that was a mixture of sadness and fear. I reached out and put my good hand on his shoulder.
"You don't have to tell us everything now." I told him, Candy and Julie nodding in agreement. The silence was short-lived before Julie's phone rang across the room. We all jumped at the sudden noise. Julie walked over to the table and picked up her phone.
"Hello?" She said before walking into a different room to finish the call. Candy walked into the kitchen and started to raid the cupboards and fridge leaving me and Spring in the living room. We stood there until Julie came back smiling.
"What happened?" Me and Spring said at the same time.
"My manager called again, and I have news that Mangle will love."
