Mangle's POV

Julie looked even more stressed seeing Spring like this. I felt bad for her, like she cared for all of us like children. Spring was set sitting on the couch, repaired, but he will remain inactive until his servers and circuits cooled down. I was standing in my spot in the corner of the living room, plugged in for the night. I said a quick 'good night' to Julie before going into sleep mode.

I woke up again, back in the Parts room of the previous location, only the normally locked door in there was wide open. I knew it was a crazy idea, but I cautiously looked into the room, er, staircase. I looked back into the Parts room and I saw that it was empty and that the door to the stage room was blocked off. I guess I have nothing else to do so I started walking down the small stairs until I got to what seemed like an empty floor, but there was a single dim light that shined down on an animatronic bunny. I could tell it was Spring, but he didn't have stitches or a fused out eye. I walked over to him, but before I could reach him, he looked up at me, but with piercing eyes. I realized he was covered in something that looked like ketchup, but looked more, intimidating. He shakily got up and limped over to me. I saw that he was twitching, like crazy.

"Spring? What's going on here? Are you ok?" I asked in a flurry, he was still leaking that ketchup-like substance.

"OoH My sWeEEt, wHat'S tHE mAtTEr? AFAID OF THE DARK?" He said, sounding way too human. He grabbed my shoulders and threw me across the room, staining my shoulders with that stuff. He screeched, sounding more like a terrified grown then an animatronic. I jumped out of the way as he leaped, trying to attack me. I made a run for the stairs, and he tried to follow me, but he fell off when he tried. I reached the top, still hearing that things screech. But something within the screech sounded desperate, and it sounded like that Spring look-alike from my previous dream; Save them.

"Oh honey, you're a mess! That child spilled pizza sauce all over you!" I jumped looking behind me, a golden panda animatronic was holding out a hand to help me up, and I was in the same place of the other dream as well. I took her hand, and she lifted me up and reached to the table next to her and got some napkins and simply wiped off the substance as if it was nothing. "Why don't you come play with my children?" She said in a voice that was comforting, like a grown comforting her young. I nodded as she gently took me out into a larger room where all the animatronics from my last dream were happily running around playing a game of tag with a group of kids. The Marionette look-alike dashed past me and was chasing a girl until she was tagged and it turned around and made its way to the stage where the Freddy look-alike was already trying to dodge another kid. Something poked me so I looked over and saw the Spring look-alike that I thought was just chasing me.

"You're it, mate!" He shouted, happily. I smiled and started chasing him, trying to tag him back. He suddenly froze along with the other animatronics but the humans kept going as if nothing was different. I followed their gazes to outside of the happy place to where a crying child was weeping in front of the building. I walked over to the glass and tried to open the door to get to her. It didn't budge, but I tried a couple more times, not wanting any child to not be having fun. I looked out the window again and saw a purple man walk up to the girl and take out a knife. Then he stabbed her, making her bleed to death. I suddenly knew what everything was. The Spring look-alike had a dead person stuffed inside him, and the person was possessing the suit. I looked back at the room, where only the Marionette look alike was standing on the stage. Its mask that never had the tear marks, started to form under its eyes and to its mouth, exactly how it resembles now. Or, the future. I blinked, rubbing my eyes, trying to comprehend what was happening. I opened them, and saw the golden Freddy staring directly at me. He blinked, and his eyes were pure black, and I could faintly make out the purple man in the suit. He whispered to me before disappearing completely as if an illusion. It's me.

I closed my eyes again and tried to block everything out, until I heard the BB look-alike talking. "Follow me, I have a surprise for you!" He said, taking my hand and dragging me into a hall, and then into another room, that looked like a parts room, but I saw all the old animatronics all nice as if they were new. The BB twin took me past that room and into another safe room before disappearing. The Marionette twin was standing there, holding out a hand, and on each finger a string and on each string, a doll head of each of the dream animatronics, and the 4th head was ripped off carelessly, and I could tell it was the panda animatronic. It looked at me intently before I heard the Purple Man say something before everything went black. You can't.

Just want to take a moment to say, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY/INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!

I restarted and nearly hugged the floor just because I was back somewhere I recognize. I checked the time and saw that it was 8:45 A.M. I sighed and looked over at the couch. Julie was sitting there with a barely functioning Spring, his right eye now cooled down, and the pupil and iris now a light grey opposed from his normal golden gaze. He was testing all his joints right now. I went over and sat down on the other side of Julie. I thought over my dreams. Could animatronics even dream in the first place? I shook my head and decided to not bother Spring about the past again, for his own well-being. I looked over at where Spring was only studying his hands silently. If those dreams were true, that means that Spring was a walking coffin. The first murdered child possessed the Marionette. And that when he said 'save them', there wasn't just one murder. I remember when that old bunny animatronic was dragged out of the back room, same with a box of old things from the Diner. I knew that now that bunny was the old Spring, and that when BB and Marionette snuck into the box, they all wanted to stay together. And only god knows how they escaped the fire and old Spring didn't.

Julie got up and sluggishly went into the hall and started getting ready for the day.

"Are you ok?" I asked Spring, who didn't move his gaze.

"I'm fine. Just, can we please not talk about what's behind us anymore?" He shakily said. I nodded. "Tell Julie that I'll be in the shed all day." He said, slowly getting up, walking similar to Freddy now. I nodded watching him leave, ready to dash after him if he fell.

Spring's POV

Once I made it into the back shed, I closed the door behind me and walked over to the center table. I picked up the box and went over to the wall and sat down, leaning against the wall. I reached my hand in the box and searched for something I knew was there. I felt it and I grabbed it, not wanting it to get lost again. It was the last sort-of picture of all of us at the Diner. It was a little pin that read 'Fredbear's Family Diner'. It showed all of us in a cartoon-like manner. I smiled at it, reminding me of the better days, when we were more like a family and less like targets and puppets in a lethal show. I couldn't help but think of a simple thing that Sugar would sing to the kids, and us.

When you're rife with devastation, there's a simple explanation. You're a toy makers creation trapped inside a crystal ball. And whichever way he tilts it, know that we will stay resilient. We won't let them break our spirits as we sing our silly song!
