Abhimaan’s POV:

It was  hella tough to leave my tigress and walk out. I wake up with the most beautiful view, to be specific, one of the best mornings I’ve ever had in my life. My baby is all cuddled up and squinted to me, face hidden in my chest, legs tangled with mine. I slept in her room last night; I don’t remember when we dozed off while chatting and reading her poems. My girl also likes to read books, and the same goes for me, so I don’t have any problems. In fact, I got a lifetime reading partner.

Detaching myself from her, I moved out of her bed. After tucking her into the duvet and placing one of her plushies in my spot, I walked out of her room, taking Isabella with me. I hate this kitten, but anything for my tigress.

After a short gym session, I walked toward the kitchen, not before showering. Today, I’ll make breakfast for my tigress. “Thank you, Aunt Lina. You may rest; I am making today’s breakfast,” I said as I started making her favorite breakfast. My girl loves desi food, so I am all here for her aloo k paratha, with some curd and mango pickles, and yes, her favorite banana milk.

Soon, I was done making breakfast. I was about to go upstairs to wake my lady, as none of the staff or guards were allowed upstairs, only Aunt Lina had this privilege, and that too only in urgent matters. My steps were halted when I saw my tigress descending the stairs still in her PJs, hair braided, and yawning. She came down, walking towards me when she noticed me with a beautiful smile plastered on her face.

“Are you still here? I thought you already left for Chennai,” she said, hugging me like a koala, still hiding her face in my chest. She is way more comfortable around me now, and I love it. “I was about to leave in 15. Go up and freshen up fast. Don’t you have to go for classes?”

“Nope. My husband requested me to attend a meeting, so today I am Mrs. CEO, not a student.” Chuckling at her antics, I said, “Come, let’s have breakfast, Mrs. CEO.” I made her eat breakfast with my hand, and she ate without any of her drama. Thank God, I love babying my baby.

Kissing her forehead, I left for the airport, not before instructing her about the deal and to take care of herself. I ordered all the guards and Rocky, her personal bodyguard. I am missing my baby now, only.
