Shravya POV

It’s been a week since our girls’ sleepover and the next   two  days have been a girls’ dayout. We did lots of shopping, visited an amusement park, went to various favorite book cafes, watched a late-night movie, had a spa and relaxing session with lots of laughter, love, gossip, and banter, and obviously with lots and lots of street food.

We had a golgappa competition, and it was really wholesome when Abhi, Aarav, Sid also entered the competition, leading to boys vs girls. And it’s quite obvious the girls won. We can’t lose a golgappa battle. Never ever.

It's 11 pm at night; we had our dinner, and Abhi went to his study to bring his MacBook as we sleep together in my room now. Though he sleeps more, and I count stars every night snuggled into his strong embrace. I thought I was the only cuddle person, but no, this magnetic man of mine is the cuddling queen. It’s not that I don’t like cuddling, who will lose the golden opportunity; I love to cuddle with him.

I was at my study table doing some work for my office as I need to check on my work too. Cons of being a CEO and a student. Hella workload.

I am feeling a little nauseous, maybe I overate; I shouldn’t have taken that extra slice of pizza. But how can I say no to pizza? It was looking at me with all its puppy eyes.

The door opened without turning to look at who entered; I am aware it was my husband. He came and gave me a fruit and nut Cadbury, kissed my temple, and settled on the bed doing his work.

I kept the chocolate aside; I don’t want to have it now when the urge of throwing up is high. Covering my mouth, I ran towards the washroom when I felt it’s time to throw it out. I was hovering over the washbasin when I felt Abhi collecting my open hair, rubbing my back. When I was done emptying my tummy, he handed me my brush, helped me to clean and wash my face.

“Baby… I’m not feeling well at all,” I whined like a baby when we settled on the bed, hugging my human teddy bear. “Let me call the doctor.”

“No, no, I’m good. It’s just that I overate,” I protested. I can’t see a doctor for such minor things. I just want him. Just him.

It’s been two hours now; I’m still lying on him, and this man, without a single blink, non-stop caressing my back and hair from time to time. I’m just snuggled into his broad chest, lying on top of him. His smell is like drugs to which I am addicted.

I felt a little wet down there with a stinging pain in my lower abdomen. I need to check. I suddenly sit straight and rushed towards the washroom. My husband must be all shocked by my sudden behavior. Or maybe not.
