i wake up to a knocking at my door. "COOMINGG" i roll out of bed and drag my feet along my hallway to the door to see who it is.

i open the door and- "HIII~" says poppy. "Oh hi! What's up?" "Oh nuthinn, i just wanted to give you this invite to a little get together with all my friends!"

A GET TOGETHER?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING?!?! i mean, i know most of poppy's friends but i suck at socializing. 😭

"ohhhh cooool...heh..." even tho I don't wanna go. She is my friend and ill disappoint her if I don't. I take the invite and dread the day of the get together. 😔

CLAYS POV:

On the day of the get together, I get ready. But as i start to walk to poppy's house, I see a really pretty troll run ahead. all i can do is stare. wow, she's gorgeous...😳

*bump* "ACK-" she says as she trips and tumbles onto the ground. "Oh shit!" I mumble. (😡NO POTTY MOUTH CLAY😡)

come on clay! now's your chance! you gotta go help! 😎💪

as I run towards her, she tries to get up but falls again!

"You good mamas?" i say helping her up. she's so pretty.

"Um, yeah! thank you..." she says knocking me out of my trance. "Of cores, ha."

Y/Ns POV:

after my failed attempts to get up after that fall, a tall, cute troll with soft caring eyes helps me.

shit dude, he totally thinks I'm clumsy as HELL, but he's such a gentleman, his gentle hands, steady breath. "Um, thank you." i say. 😮‍💨

"Ofc..." he has such a genital voice to! AHHH IM TOTALLY CHRUSHING RN! i hope he can't tell!🤭

"So, why are you in such a rush? where are you going?" he says with a smirk.😏

"Oh! um i-i um..." IM TOTALY BLUSHING AND STUDERING LIKE CRAZY!!! *sigh* "I'm going to a-a get tog-gther with my f-friend!" WTF WAS THAT!?!? 😨😡

i don't even know why i try sometimes. 😔💯

"Oh! me to! is that friends name poppy?". "Yeah!" i say. "Well since were going to the same place, we can WALK, together?" he says waiting for an answer. "y-yeah sure..."

OMG, HE WANTS WALK W/ ME?!?! IS HIGH OR SOMETHING?!?! DRUNK MAYBE?!?!😨

While we walk to poppy's house, I catch him staring a couple times. what a cutie.

CLAYS POV:

when we get to poppy's house, i knock and immediately the door opens.

"OMG hi clay! looks like you've already met y/n~" she says razing an eyebrow. "O-oh um yea haha,".🤓☝️

"Well... come on in everybody's waiting to meet you y/n!". I step back and say, "ladies first~". (what a sigma male move clay~🤭//IM SORRY LMAOO)

after she goes in, I follow behind. As soon as i step in Bruce comes up to me and whispers in my ear, "Okay clayyy! little bros got game huh? ~" with a smirk. 😏💯

"Shut up man!" I say trying to shoo him away. 😡

Y/Ns POV:

During the party he kept asking me things about myself like, "What are some of your hobbies?" and "What are your favorite foods?".

he's so sweet and he seems to really be interested in me!🤭

We went and sat on the couch together while his brothers were too busy doing karaoke. (U GYAT THE RIGHT STUFF... BABY🫦😎💯 //SORRY AGAIN 😭)

We sat in silence until I tried to ask him if he wanted to come over to my house and maybe, JUST MAYBE, stay the night? "After this do you wanna like... I dunno like...?".

I try to avoid eye contact because it's just to awkward. "Hangout?" he spoke. "i was gonna ask if-" he cut me off and said, "oh sorry ha... why would you want to hang-out with me haha..."🤓😔

he starts to ramble on and on. "Hey! I'd love to hang out with you! don't say that about yourself!" I say while placing my hand on his.

"Sorry... but... what were you gonna say before?" he looks at me wish Rosey cheeks and caring eyes. his face, so close to mine.

"N-NOTHING!" I say turning away flustered. "I-" clay got cut off by Jd who was clearly drunk and said, "Awwweee, Are you two *hiccup* M-married? ~"🥴🫵

we both look at each other, then look at john. "OKAYY looks like we otta head home, RIGHT John?" Branch says dragging him by his wrist.

"B-But?" john says "Not buts. let's go." "Guess I should leave as well." i say getting up of the couch trying to comprehend what john said.😳

"Oh! can i walk you home?" he says getting up after me. "No no! you don't have to! I don't want to cause you extra trouble anyway." I speak.

"It'll be my pleasure." he says opening the door for me.💪

"Ok," I giggle as I walk out the door and he follows behind. 🤭
