Minutes later there was dozens of cop cars pulling up to lance's house was surrounded by cop cars and the neighbors all came out of their houses in their pajamas watching the scene unfold.
Using the warrant the police had they slammed through the doors of Lance's house seeing his mom crying at the kitchen counter, "Where is your son!" The officer yelled.
Lance's mom looked up with puffy red eyes and her face was stained with tears, she pointed to the basement making the officers worry but went down anyway.
Going down the last step they walked into the dark basement turning on the light only to be met with lance's dead body hanging from the ceiling fan, a rope tied around his neck securely with his head held down.
Heavenly,Elijah,Deajah,Journey and Heaven were all outside waiting for Lance to be brought out by authorities but instead they saw officers rush in with a stretcher and a long body bag leaving the teens confused.
"Do you think...they found Kay's body?" Journey asked feeling tears stream down her face, Heavenly wrapped her arms around the girl with her returning the favor as they waited for a sight they could never unsee.
Moments later the paramedics came out with the stretcher and a black body bag covering the unalived body on top of it, the teens seen all police exit the house but Lance was never in sight.
A white male officer came up to the teens with a saddened look on his face, "I'm sorry to inform you but we didn't find your brother" he spoke, "So...who's that" Heaven pointed to the body being put in the ambulance.
"That is Lance...we believe he is dead for suicide" the officer spoke leaving the teens stunned, "Go home your parents are probably worried but thank you, you have helped us in finding Kaylen Roberts" the man said before brushing past them into one of the cop cars.
Elijah had dropped everyone at home leaving only him,heavenly,and Heaven in the car. "Why do you think Lance did it?" Heavenly asked from the front seat next to Elijah whose hand was on her thigh caressing it.
"I don't know...but it only makes him look guiltier" Elijah spoke keeping his eyes on the road, "Maybe the pain of not having his best friend led him to do it" Heaven spoke from the backseat.
Elijah shrugged pulling into the driveway of their house, "Imma go talk to my people's then imma come back" Elijah said leaning in to kiss heavenly letting the two twins exit his car.
Heavenly and Heaven walked into the home seeing their mother on the couch with the news playing on the tv, "Mom?" Heavenly said going up to their mother.
