(1 month later)
"Earth to Hufflepuff, come im Hufflepuff." Lily waves her hand in front of my face and i blink.
"You good, airhead?"
"Fuck off," I remark. I reach for my can of soda and groan when i realize it was already in my hand.
Lillian slams her text book shut and jumps off her bed. "Seriously, Bekah!" She laughs. "Whats on your mind?"
I shrug and snatch her notebook from her empty spot."Nothing," I say simply but shes not buying it.
Before Lil can continue her interrogation, her phone dings and my brother's name flashes across the screen. Annoyed, i roll my eyes and throw her pillow at her when she answers, giggling as she dodges the fabric full of cotton.
"Hello? Yeah, she's here."
"You could have called me yourself, prick!" I holler loud enough for Blakey to hear me, earning a "shush" from Lilly.
I grab the bag of Doritos and shovel a handful into my mouth, trying my best to not seem upset that my own brother calls my best friend more than his own sister.
Whatever their conversation was about, it was quick and short. Which, im not complaining. My brother is turning twenty in six months, meaning his old college ass can leave me and my friend alone.
Stalker!
When lilly gets off the phone, i narrow my eyes. "My brother calls my best friend more than me. Whys that?"
Her freckled face reddens slightly and i hide my grin, gasping instead. "Are you guys fucking!?"
Lillian's nose scrunches and its her time to throw the pillow. "Rebekkah! Fuck off!"
"Honey, ill leave that to my brother."
This time, she throws her fist and i wince when she gives me a dead arm. "Blake and I are just friends, bitch!"
"Mhm, he's probably waiting until your eighteen so you cant sue him for boring old man sex."
"Rebekkah!" Lilly lectures. "Hes nineteen, for one. For two, we are FRIENDS." She cocks her head. "Now what about you and Roy?"
I smirk and lean against the wall behind me. "Oh really? What about us?"
"Dont think i didnt see Roys hand all over your thigh at Blake's party last week." Now its my turn for the eye roll.
"He was looking at the tattoo he did, Einstein."
